I went to Your Choice Autos on the 6th of April; we were interested in purchasing a truck from them so we looked around went inside to ask for the key got nothing. The Hispanic that "assisted" us didnt seem to know what trucks they had out on the lot. Didnt know if they had record of any work being done to the truck. Dont Provide a Carfax. Most of the cars are bought straight out of the Auctions and set out for sale with major body, interior, and just all sorts of damage (by the looks of it). Lack of Customer Service skills (should hire people willing to speak Spanish and make an effort to make a sale). Owner apparently doesnt care much for customers either. I will never step foot here again. Anyone can buy cars from an auction and sell them. Takes a good owner to sell QUALITY CARS.

Is it possible that most of the positive reviews are left by friends, family or employees??? From my dealing with Choice Im not sure how they dont face charges. News flash Choice. You cant put prices on the internet then say you wont honor them.. if you lie about your prices on the internet what else are you lying about. And you wonder why people hate car lots. It would be different if you are the only game in town...You arent

Great dealership. The staff here are very cooperative with you and are very reasonable when it comes down to negotiating. They even stayed an extra hour after closing to help me purchase the car I wanted. Cars here are in acceptable condition for pretty decent prices. Awesome location. Defiantly recommend this place for people looking for a good car/truck

Terrible sale service wary rude and liers .I dont recommend to a anyone to go there because they will lie to you straight in your face.I looked 1 vehicle that had engine light on,no brakes,transmission is growing and sales guy tells me dont wary this is nothing ,this is the best car :-) Plus they dont speak English well so you cant even make conversation

I have to say that the people at Your Choice worked with me every step of the way. It’s not often that you feel a business is working for your best interest. Purchased a car here. the Guy (BRIAN) had a jump box in his hand and when i asked why, he said it was to jump another car. 2 days later, my cars battery is dead and i have to find out why. Additionally, the check engine light came on 10 minutes after leaving the lot. Save your time and money and move on.

Worst place ever. These 5 star reviews must have been bought. Way too many reasons to choose from for my 1 star. Would give it 0 if i could. Avoid at all costs, there are better dealerships that will not waste your time or disrespect you.

Cars are priced pretty evenly with the quality of the vehicle. Financing was painless. Honestly after looking threw the lot I found a nice ride I could afford, and was out the door before dinner.

Check engine light came on 10 mins after leaving the lot. $1300 in repairs needed. Said they would detail the car and really just ran it through cheap gas station car wash. Stay away from here.
