I just bought a Scout 60 from Indian, and the people were the most patient, understanding and lovely workers I have ever dealt with. Randy sat with me and made sure that I was ready to drive the bike off the lot, even though he was already off and could go home. Denise worked as hard as she could to get me maximized on my financing. I am a customer for life. Plus, my wife and I brought in our dog, and everyone fawned over her and treated her like the shop dog. Thats a big plus in my book. Ive looked at the other reviews here and I think that maybe the times those who gave low scores went in, the people there were having a bad day. I have never had a bad experience. Please, give them your business. They will do everything to help you feel good and as a part of the Indian Motorcycle community.

Run by the book and zero tolerance for dealing or pleasing customers. Like dealing with robots. Instead of making good will to fellow Indian buyers.........READ........fellow Indian buyers, the store promptly ended its t-shirt exchange which was to run to the end of March early as it hit the 100 t-shirt mark around the 17th of March. You get the feeling that you are very privileged to walk into the doors here with the co-owners that are haughty and slightly condescending. Neither were bike riders prior and to them its just a bottom line business and once you get your part or answer from service, or pay your bill..............its time you better get moving out the door. You will see................

Simply awesome experience. Randy Hed and Andrew Tafoya made me feel as if I were part of the family. These gentlemen went above and beyond to earn my business. I truly have had my dream come true because of the staff at Indian Motorcycles of Albuquerque. Thank you gentlemen for your excellent set. I also want to thank Autum and Denise. They are so helpful and carrying. Autum was awesome and a real pleasure to talk and deal with. Please keep your staff as good help is hard if not impossible to find. Thank you I highly recommend you to anyone wishing to feel at home in the Indian family.

Just finished buying my second Indian! Trade-in my 2014 Softail for a 2016 Cheif Classic! If you want a great bike and a great dealer than go get your self a Indian! The owners of this place are good people and the staff is wonderful also !!!! I think the bad reviews are probably Harley Davidson people who are just trying to bad mouth this dealer. I was standing out front of the store one day and some Harley riders rode by giving the middle finger ! Go in and check it out.

Nice place. Good staff. Eager to let me take a big chief out for a test ride. Its a smooth, powerful bike. I had to spend thousands on my Harley bagger to get it to run as strong as this bike does right off the showroom floor. Im not ready to trade my Harleys for an Indian yet but they are a great bike. The main reason I go there is Gumby. One of the best mechanincs around and by far the best tuner in town!! And they work on Harleys too guys!! (Rider since 1985)

Walked in. The staff said good morning.. I was ready to talk shop and get some details on the beautiful bikes. Beautiful store Im a gearhead and love this stuff, but nope. I totally felt ignored. An older gentleman walks in and they are all over him. Pretty bad sales techniques. I bought an expensive sweater that had the Worlds fastest Indian homage... Love the movie and the story, but I almost said goodbye and went online to buy it.

Stopped in trying to get some tires mounted for my sportbike. They werent able to get to them till the next day but the customer service was excellent. Everyone there was smiling, happy and bending over backwards to be helpful. Complete opposite from R&S Wests zero customer service. Thomas was great. I dont ride an Indian but Ill come back whenever I can, this place is awesome! Thanks guys!!!

These guys helped me out in a pinch. Bought an Indian Scout 60 in LA and was riding it back to NYC. Needed to get it serviced last minute and I wouldnt be around any other Indian dealerships for hundreds of miles to come. I ran into some other Indian motorcycle riders later on in the trip and they also had nothing but good things to say about this place.

Some of the sales persons werent so friendly. They had water leaking from the ceiling. I told a salesman about and he said oh yeah and continued standing around. Another sales person walked thru the leak and told the guy I told about it, and that guy finally gets a mop bucket, cleans it up and put out a wet floor sign. I couldve slipped on it.
