We went there to get a frontal weave the girl in the store helping us didnt know there are 2 types of frontal weaves one that parts in the middle only and the one that parts anywhere. We purchased the item 99 dollars . It turned out to be the wrong one. It was never explained that there was a no return no exchange policy if packackage is opened which is the only way she could see it fully. I would have done thing differently. I will probably donate the product to someone because it s not what was needed. I will not go back there. It would be beneficial to the store if the girl working there was more knowledgeable. I may have had found a beauty supply store close to me but oh well. Some people will do anything for money but its bad business to not be professional and tell people the policy. Update: I went to a different store and the girl in the store opened the package without me asking and took product out for it to be seen fully and she removed it from package when I told her what happened at Nara beauty store she was shocked!!!!! Her words" it cant be seen in the package and It would cause bad business".

I use to always go to this place and like it but not any more. I bought three packs of braiding hair. I opened one as in the bottom to actually feel and look at the texture of the hair. I brought it home to show my sis , she didnt like it. So I went to return it an I cant, I can only exchange. So Im picking up hair of lesser value because thats the one she wants. They told me I had to buy one equal in value. All the ones equal in value where the wrong hair. Plus they said since one was open they cant take it back. Literally the braid and rubber band is still in all it needs is tape at the bottom and they said no. So I wasted my money.

I been a loyal customer since they open, my family been their biggest supporter and now Im so mad and disappointed because I brought a wig 4:00pm on June 2, 2017 I didnt like the wig when I return to the wig at 4:35pm on June 2, 2017 and owner wife refused to refund my money and I know the her husband (the owner) very well.... he the one that started that store in the beginning and I ask to speak to him and she started to laugh, her husband the owner did it before for my friend because he knew me, Im really disappointed with how I was treated today

Rude staff not professional at all they look like there just hanging out in the store. They have no knowledge of the hair so make sure you know what your looking for it crazy they lead you to buy the wrong thing then not want to let you make a exchange, also refunds is not optional and once again they dont allow exchanges the FIRST place I have been to that does not do so ridiculous! Just order your products , wigs and weaves this store sucks.
