Beauty Couture Salon

This was my go to place for fresh flowers for all occasions, the Hispanic staff was always nice and accommodating. They even offers to deliver my order of 200 roses directly to my house. Today I walked in to buy flowers as my husband stayed in a double parked car, as I got my phone out to show him the choice of flowers and get his opinion I was YELLED at by two young Russian/Ukrainian girls with heavy accents "no picture!", "no picture!" I replied sorry, I just wanted to show my husband. Then I proceeded to dial my husbands number to ask him to come it, I was YELLED at again! " do you not understand, no pictures or videos!" I was never treated so rudely before! What the hell as you selling? Top secret floral arrangements!? Needless to say this was my last visit to this business.

I have been coming to this location for years, Telling my friends and family about it. Every time i come in i spend not less then $50. Yesterday i walked in to get flowers for a birthday, I picked out the bouquets and asked them to be combined. After said and done, it was supposed to come out to be $20 instead they said $30. Apparently one of the bouquets i picked out was not part of the $5 special but was actually $10 and was in the wrong place. After arguing with them they said sorry we cant do it. I was also going to order about $400 worth of flowers, i guess they lost a very good paying customer. Will not go back here again, Flowers are cheap and the bouquets are gorgeous for the price. But the customer service was horrible.

Such rude service! I go in to buy individual roses and one of the guys tells me theyll sell me the individual water clip on for them. So I waste my time picking out flowers. When I go to pay some other guy was so rude saying they cant sell them. Not even for extra money or unfilled. Not a real florist. Can find better service near 18th av.

Went here to get flowers for mothers day, the staff was very helpful, and professional. they created a beautiful bouquet with the flowers that i chose and it was at a very reasonable price too. Definitely recommend this store to every one looking to buy flowers.

Nice shop. Roses for $1. But when I went to the register they charged me 2x the price. I didnt want to make a scene when theres so many people, so I just left. These folks are not honest and will rip you off if they get the chance.
