ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! My husband i bought a 3pc living room table set with the coffee table and 2 end tables. Since we live in the area we decided to pick it up instead of having it delivered. Everything was great. Everyone was nice we left with out tables and not a problem. When we got home we opened the box to assemble the table one of the end tables was broken. we grabbed the pieces to the end table and went straight to the store. When we got there the OWNER decided it wasnt their responsibility that the table was broken. Her own employees told her we had left just 10 minutes earlier. She insisted that they would only fix the table at a cost. I REFUSED to pay for the table to be fixed. She insisted on arguing with me that it was store policy that if i picked up the items that it was my problem. She even scolded an the sales person who sold us the tables in front of everyone in the store for not telling us the policy. Wouldnt even allow me to return it. said if i returned it she would return my money but charge me for the broken table! the entire time she was nasty and didnt even look me in the face while speaking to me. Just because shes the owner she thinks shes too good to look people in the face when speaking to them AND SHE TALKS DOWN TO HER CUSTOMERS! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS STORE! THE OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Muy mal sitio; todo es de muy mala calidad , compre unas camas para mis hijos y para nosotros y no duraron ni 6 meses , nunca más volveremos a ese sitio .

Buy a couch under a reclining year paid warranty for one year and when I took them ala home one is loose call them the checaron and said q are well q have nothing turned wing shop and do not want areglarlos are that sitting will side and bad buy 1,445 worth now they do not want areglarlos, ever return to this tienda.

I thought this store was great! The showroom is huge and they have a great selection. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was helped by Frank and had a great experience. I would highly recommend Pitusa in Elizabeth!
