They do not even deserve 1 star, my husband and i went and ordered almost 9k in furniture back in July, finally all was supposed to be delivered today. Their stupid ass delivery guy went through a non commercial rd and was turned around, instead of re-routing, they made up stories as the day went on and i was told i will not get my furniture because my area was undeliverable, as if i live in Mars and do not have contact with the outside world, then when i told them of another route to take i was treated as if i didnt know what i was talking about. Finally, Richard said they will rent a uhaul for tomorrow, but then says that it was only my dining that was scheduled for delivery, and we knew it was only the dining rm set. Such bullshit, earlier in the day it was confirmed that my dining, bedroom and living sets were scheduled for toda August 26th, and yesterday when i called them to find out what time they were coming, it was confirmed that i was to receive ALL of my furniture. They are liars and only tell you what you want to hear and do what is convenient for them, i have been stressed to the verge of tears and have to live god knows how long without furniture, and forget about dealing with corporate cause they are just as useless, my husband called them twice and had not heard back from them.Awful, awful company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Went to Huffman Koos in Rockaway NJ to look for furniture for our new home. Our main search was for a new king size bedroom set. As soon as we walked in David, the store manager, approached us and we told him that our first selection would be a BR set. My wife immediately saw what she wanted; of course it was the most expensive set on the floor. We told David wed get back to him with our decision. He then told us where other items were on the 2 floor showroom. We walked around for over 45 min. and occasionally David would approach us and ask if we had any question. Of course we did and he answered all of them and even showed us their close-out and floor models. We were very impressed. I went home and searched on the web for the model of the BR set. The least expensive I saw was at Wayfair. Less than Huffman Koos, but not by much. The next day we returned and told David what I had found out. Not only did he beat the price but he offered the more expensive high chest that I preferred for the same price. We purchased the set immediately. We will return once we decide on our style choice of the dining room and living room.

I’ve purchased furniture from this store twice and will never go back here again. I should have learned my lesson the first time. I purchased a bedroom set and a couch for my living room the first time around. The sales associate was somewhat helpful but if I’d have to do it over again I’d get the furniture from somewhere else. The quality is not that great. It’s been about three years and the couch is already worn out. My second time around was a nightmare. I purchased an extra night stand and took off a day from work waiting for a delivery that never came. When I called the store they told me that they called me to reschedule but they never called. Pretty much after going around and around with the store manager he told me he’d credit me back for the delivery charge which never happened. I’ll never shop here again. Buyer beware I’d suggest spending a little more money and getting better quality and service.

This is a very dishonest company! I ordered sofa from them on 04/03/2016. As clearly shown on the original receipt the full purchase amount was settled in full with a $0.00 balance. The company has charged my credit card for the full amount right away. Six weeks later, the company charged me again. I have contacted the store, they promised to rectify the issue and credit back the overcharge, but failed to do so. When I contacted them again, they told me I have to deal with the central office directly. The person at the central office refused to credit back the money! The company generated a NEW falcifed receipt, dated 7 weeks after I visited the store, that shows a totally different price for the sofa! This is a new low. I did not think a legitimate business will stoop so low as to falsify documents. I am disputing the double charge with the credit card now.

Def. stay away from Huffman Koos .. This is our second bad experience with the store. We made purchase of more than 5K and all the money was paid upfront. When they came to deliver the furniture, looks like it needed extra large door much more then standard American size door. Delivery man told me that same thing happened with other customer few weeks back who had bigger door than us. Store should inform customers if the product we are busying needs spl. conditions like extra size door. As a customer we do not know all details the upfront. Store is aware of such incidents and should have updated us. When demand to Huffman Koos management to pay all our money back . At first discussion with store looks like that they are denying. We are going fight for that. Utter waste of time and money.. stay away for this store.

This store is horrible! Unless you have the time and energy to constantly call and ask where your furniture is then dont order from here. We ordered in June with a 3 week anticipated delivery time. Ever since then we have called to follow up every couple days. Some of our order has come in after constant follow up. The rest was supposed be delivered on August 18; we received no calls or explanation and again after calling them multiple times. Sept 19 & I still dont have my furniture!!! They are rude and unapologetic even though the delay is completely their fault. I wouldnt have ordered here if I knew it would take months and the customer service could be so bad. This is by far the worst customer service experience of my life.

Terrible satisfaction with sectional purchased. I was sold a sectional whose fabric was of terrible quality, it looks good new but within a month fabric will tear apart and degrade fast. They now had the guts to convince me to get a protection plan which is a scam. (Guardian Protection plan) they will always decline your claim. Please run away if you are offered this plan. Its a SCAM. The best i can do is to warn future customers of their product quality and protection scam. Please dont waste your money here.

Very nice and friendly until they get your money... Very rude and unprofessional. Paid over 100 dollars for shipping of my furniture and was promised that it would be wrapped and protected.. delivery guy comes and furniture is not packaged or anything!! could have been damaged or scratched in transport. When called the store and talked to the store manager he didnt even want to help me, was rude, and didnt apologize. Dont deserve a 1 star for unprofessional and rude behavior.

I would give zero stars but I cant. I ordered furniture over 12 weeks ago. They never placed the order. I called there several times to dispute the charge. They have yet to refund my money. I called Amex to dispute the charge. The store states I had only 3 days to cancel the order. This is a joke. They are disorganized, dishonest and any other negative dis you can think of. Stay away
