We had a terrible experience, day one we arrive got recieved by the older man outside, and guided us in to an office may i add this was at 9am we were the first their, so going back in the office we were seen by Joansn, as we are filling an application out, the older man kept coming in and out havering over Joanns shoulder interrupting, joanns ryns are credit and all we get approved for 5,000 (poor credit) so we were going for a toyota Rav, with only 1,000 down, now we have the maneger walk in and says oh so she approved let her ride the car so we did because we where told that we are approved, when we get back from the test drive we are being for a co signer so that was done we were approved a little more, this is where it all starts to get frustrating because now there are 2 other gentle men in the same desk Joanns was at, we are tired and hungry its about 12 , one gentle man is flurting on the phone with some chick and the other is laughing so i said excuse me we where sat down and here are to young men asking us all the same question we had answered when we arrived, i get upset and ask why are we repeating everything and why are we having so many people doing are paper work, so the maneger lucas if i am not mistaking is his name, pulled them aside and told them a few things, so now we are supposedly done all we had to do is insure the car and get fix a few sound that it had, so its 230 we are rushing home to pick up the kids, next day car is insured call to let them know hoping the car is ready and done to close the deal NOPE! we were told that we would get a call back never happened we called back spoke to joanns we where put on hold, he was having issues with the computer, yold i will call u back in 10min never did so we called and whe. We did we were told he had left to lunch thing is they have terrible service, 4th we had the worst momment when we asked for are money back we were being treated really bad the old lady seriously said oh i need to talk to lucas and i told her he knows the thing is they are very greety because we asked for are money back because when we went to get the money lucas is telling everything is all set she just needs to sign the paper work lie the car wasnt even fixed yet and they where still counter offering with the bank so lie after lie .

WORST PLACE EVER. Dont come here. Its a family of Dominicans trying to rip people off and get the most out of it while your stuck with crappy car that you payed too much for. They make you waste your time and money to go over there and dont even apologize for the wait because they make you wait forever just to ask one question. They suck, they dont care about anything, they want you to give them a good down payment for a not good working car that has multiple problems and now you gotta deal with. The mechanic in Grafton st too they suck, they dont know what theyre doing. How does that make sense. Save yourself multiple headaches and stress and frustration and avoid these 2 dealerships. They just want your money and dont care, they just give you whatever car. For all you know theyre not even licensed because they dont know what the hell theyre doing. 1 star is a lot for the bad experience I had with Sonias.

sold a truck that was supposed be set aside for me after they had my money (part of the down payment) in their possession, and kept their lies about what and when it happen (sold it to someone else) till the end, horrible experience, the lies didnt only came from employees such as Carmelo, Lucas, or Klever, it also came from the owner himself Francisco and his wife as well, i know one review wont even do a dent on their business, but I also know that whenever possible if I know of someone in the market for a car I will do my best to explain what happen to me and let them decide if they want to do business with people like this.

5 stars from me, as a costumer u always try to get the best deal, and I know I can be a hard head costumer when it comes to negotiating what I want, I walked in to just take a look around, ended up buying a beautiful car, Ill give u guys a name to look for if ever need a good deal and an honest sells guy, Christian is that guy, walk in and ask for him, he worked with me to get what I wanted, great guy and great ppl, he really made buying a car so easy and comfortable. Sonias on Grafton street is the worst place to get your car serviced. They cater to the SPANISH PEOPLE and treat white people like Dirt. They have no clue how to fix vehicles. Nobody speaks English so you have no way to communicate. I would strongly suggest you think twice before buying or having your car fixed there. Ill never ever do business with them again. When I was there numerous people were waiting hours for repairs that should only take a short time. This place should be investigated by the better business bureau.

These guys went above and beyond when it came to finding me my dream car! They did not have it in stock and had one shipped from Michigan for me(2014 Jeep SRT). they kept me updated everyday until the vehicle arrived, and it only took about a week. Cant complain, the process was smooooth def will come back. thanks!

This place is awful!!! They are all Puerto Ricans that sell cars that are recalled. They do not speak English and when I bought my car not only 2 weeks later the water pump went had to spend money on cabs almost lost my job and still they have not fixed it. I wouldnt give this any stars disgusted!

This place is horrible. They sell cars that have recalls and dont tell you that until you buy. The service station on grafton st is rude and they do nothing awful experience I wouldnt send my worst enemy here I spent months trying my car serviced that right months I hope this gets closed

Do not come here... worst place I have ever been to. They are very slow, they like to play games, they lie to you. They dont even know what they are doing. Avoid yourself a headache !
