Terrible. I hit a deer with my car and had Capitol auto body fix it. Huge mistake! First, they literally looked up the value of my car to see how much they could charge my insurance company without having them total my car. They replaced my perfectly clear headlights with two yellow headlights which now only work 50% of the time. They pinstriped half of my car, like why bother?! Now my two brand new fenders are developing rust bubbles. The icing on the cake was that it took them over three weeks to perform the work. Why? Because they couldnt locate a part. I called Gates and had it overnighted to their shop. It took me all of five minutes to locate a part it took them over two weeks to find. My car would have been there for over a month if I didnt take initiative. I wish I could give zero stars. If you need work done go elsewhere!

I chose the body shop to repair my 4Runner after an accident. I have only had it back for about 12 hours and nothing seems to be amiss. It was returned to me when predicted. It was returned to me in better condition than pre-accident. Tristan, in addition was very kind to me and soothing during a very unpleasant and stressful event. I also noticed that my dash lights were working on the way home tonight. They have not worked since I owned the truck...so I was pleased. Thank you Tristan and all the people that worked so hard to restore my truck...it is smiling again and happy. Yay!

Bought a car from them in 2011. Loved the car and the buying process was great. The car was totalled 14months later. Here we are 2017 and Ive been bumbarded by emails and Phone calls on both my cell phone and house phone trying to get me to bring back the car I dont have any longer so they can get me to buy a new one. Frankly Im beyond annoyed. Ive called and gotten off the email list over a month ago and now the calls started. If you want a lifetime dealership trust me, they wont forget to call you every year for a new car.

While I dont think they do terrible work here (and the service prices are very competitive) Im just not sold. I feel it takes to long to get an appointment, even for an oil change, and their waiting area is something youd expect from a mom and pop repair shop. Its for these reasons that i take my truck to another dealership (not Dodge) for all non warrantee work. I like the staff here; I feel like theyre knowledgeable and friendly, but alas, Im not sold

I had a fantastic experience buying my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Craig Lewis @ Capitol Garage. I live out of state, so much of the sale took place over the phone and couldnt have been more professional. Craigs an honest, stand-up guy who delivered exactly what was promised. I arrived to find the Jeep washed & ready to go. Quick test-drive, vehicle overview, standard paperwork and I was on my way. I would highly recommend Capitol Garage & Craig!

Never again I will ever buy a car here. Promise a lot till you do the paperwork and everything change. For a dealership own by Gate auto group this dealer is not a good one didnt even change the oil on the car better of clean the inside not a good place
