This is one of the best run facilities I have done business with in any industry in which I have worked. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I have had employees from every division in this company go the "extra mile" for me. The front desk and dealer services departments have saved me a lot of time and an untold amount of money by being very well versed in the handling of title issues and all phases of buying and selling at Manheim. Not only is their customer service worth noting, but the vehicles offered at auction move at the right pace. There is ample time to do inspection during the bid process, but the vehicles move fast enough that you dont feel like you are wasting your time as they go through. Id like to say thank you to the Saint Louis Manheim staff from top to bottom you guys are great. Fred has jumped 20+ vehicles for me without complaint, Felicia has sorted out the messiest title issues Ive ever seen like it was nothing and Greg checks in my cars fast and with a smile every time. I even saw the general manager, Victor, take a pie to the face for charity. I couldnt ask for a better buying and selling experience. Thanks again Manheim St Louis!

Awesome place to buy and sale vehicles. One of the few that allows you to actually drive the vehicles prior to purchasing. Fees are a bit on the high side for low priced cars but overall, by far the best place to sale a vehicle and a good place to purchase some too.
