The 5 stars are for bath & body works... excellent customer service-employees helpful,smiling at everyone and good deals as advertised on products. Now the ugly... perfumania,from the second I walked in I was treated very nasty by Jessica and her Mt Susan allowed her to continue her unprofessional smug arrogant behavior even after I complained of her treatment toward me... I will find out who the owner a d district manager are and see if it will resolve this incident. Even after I left store and sat on bench outside to rest (Im disabled-challenge to walk)... Jessica actually comes outside stops and smirks at me as she flipped her hair. I spent $138 was supposed to receive free gift didnt happen as Jessica loudly informed me they were out and it was for fathers day anyway! Really then why mislead shoppers with false advertising?! My first and last trip to perfumania... I tried holding my head high but Jessica knew she was publicly humilating me in front of other customers Im 54 and was treated like I didnt belong in that store... Jessica boldly stared at me talking loudly as if I was a child no help at all... I sincerely hope upper management reads this review.

This is for the Fossil company. Since I am not allowed to rate them individually. I purchased a watch 2 days ago. Today is Nov 1. I live 30-45 mins away. I went to let them know my watch was losing time. I walk in I explained the problem " OK its the battery ." they stated. I go get my receipt due to 6 month warranty ( which I gave my email. I believe that should have been able to be pulled up. Or great idea put new watch battery when sold.) Next the one customer rep that was assisting me could do anything by herself. Seriously while trying to change my battery, she stopped assisting me and went to another customer. Then I had to wait on another employee to finish so she could say she couldnt get the watch back off. OK after the changing of the battery something else was wrong with the stopwatch. Basically I returned the watch. I do want to let you know it took me 40 mins for a battery change. YOUR A WATCH COMPANY. I was explained we will have to refund it. NO ONE APOLOGIZE AT ALL. I will not be purchasing a watch from you after this experience. I hope I prevent this from happening to someone else.

I went to the childrens place like I do every month and they are always so welcoming and helpful. We also went to Talbots and they were fantastic. Im not a small size and Im short, but they treated me kindly and I wasnt self conscious of my leftover baby weight. The lady recommended a pair of pants she was wearing. I tried them on and they fit in waist and length! Its been a long time since a pair of jeans fit me. Well worth the cost in what you get in self esteem and confidence there. Also, I left my phone in the dressing room. I went back 10 minutes later and they already had it waiting for me. Honest, kind people. Highly recommend talbots and childrens place.

My daughter and I were at the Tanger outlet in Commerce Georgia on Saturday August 27th. We were shopping for specific items at Vanity Fair for a upcoming wedding party. Everyone at the shopping center business office is always so kind and helpful with questions. I have to say I was stressed about getting the sizes that I needed at Vanity Fair for the Men in the Wedding party but the Manager was fantastic as well as the girl behind the register and the girl on the floor. They were so helpful in looking up the sizes needed to complete my order and help reduce the stress I was under to get what I needed. I will definitely shop and recommend this location.

Went in on Wednesday December 30 and the closing male and female worker were extremely rude and didnt say a word. We went in 10 minutes before close but also left at closing time. Its not like they couldve left any sooner. I work in customer service and so do they. I was highly dissatisfied with the attitude and customer service that that was given to me. After apologizing and letting them know we would be in and out, there attitude didnt get any better. I have never left a bad review but this was the worst Ive ever been treated. Its your job, if you dont like it, get a new one.

Every time I shop at Tanger I make sure to stop by the office first to get my coupon book. There are two ladies that work there that are always outstanding, I wish I knew their names. If you have never taken the time to become a Tanger member, then you are really missing out! Its a one time fee of $10. You get a free coupon book, free stroller rental and when you are done shopping if you go back to the office and show your receipts you can earn other things as well! I really enjoy shopping at my Tanger, in Commerce. Keep up the great work ladies!

The Ralph Lauren staff was awesome.. Customer service staff was all so awesome...but I felt as if I was out of place in the Leggs store. The two ladies there were a little rude and unhelpful, I had a coupon that was not scanned and when I reminded the lady that she did not scan it her response was...you have till December to use it!!! I didnt understand why she could not have helped me with it then but I didnt argue I just grabbed my bad and went out the door. Tangela D. Carter

We got a coupon book from the guest services office because we are AAA members. I feel I save money when I shop at Tanger Outlet stores getting the coupon book saved me an additional 15% on the already discounted prices. I purchased 3 pair of lady slacks for myself and 2 pair of men slacks for my husband. My husband needed dress shoes and I needed a pair of boots which we were able to buy. I also purchased two pair of Skechers while I was a the Outlet stores in Commerce.

The Tanger Outlets located in Commerce Georgia is an excellent source for shopping, whether you are looking for apparel or home goods. This is one of the cleanest areas Ive ever shopped in my life. They have beautiful flowers and the customer service is unbeatable! There is plenty of parking and a sense of safety as they have security officers on the sidewalks. Hint: Make sure you stop by the Tanger Office (located in the far right corner) and get a coupon book!

I shop at Tanger Outlets often for myself and kids. The member service staff there are the sweetest ladies. They are always available to answer questions and I love the Tanger Club so you shop and get points for doing so. All the stores have great sales. So we never leave disappointed... Recommend this place 10000000%. If there stop by member services and meet the ladies Im bad with remembering names but both ladies are the BEST!!! Always smiling!!
