My boyfriend and I came in earlier in the day just to browse for a new living room and dinning room set. The store is very large and beautifully laid out. We didnt have much time to spend there, but we were courteously greeted by Lonnie on arrival who informed us of the specials they had going on. He then allowed us to browse and shop uninterrupted, but came to check on us a few times to see how we were doing and answer any questions that we had. We had to run, but he gave us his card and we told him we would be back soon! We came back sooner than later (later that day actually!) Lonnie had gone home for the day, but the store manager Albert helped us out with mixing and matching pieces of a sectional to make it what we were looking for. He gave us a great deal on top of the sale they were already having and threw in a free 5 year protection plan for free as well. He was really great in answering all of our questions and explaining all of the paperwork and details.

If there is less than one star Im sure will submit it! Horrible customer service horrible whole staff, I did order bedroom on 12/29 and they told the order will delivered on 1/12 and it came with a lot of scratch plus missing matttress and then they keep reschuled the next delivery almost it took one month and again they didnt bring the whole order OMG!! As well as it took almost one hour to place the order at the store the guy wasnt even familiar with the system and he did a lot of mistake and he wast our time, at the end of this bad experience my husband and I decided to return the whole deal and they leave us to wait for the manager more than half hour and they didnt do the return and the next day we went to the store hoping they complete the refund but actually they not!!! Please be careful to deal with this store!

We visited the Emeryville store looking for a dinning room set and were greeted by Cheryl, she was very welcoming and friendly but not pushy at all. We looked around and liked a set, however we decided to keep looking. A week later we came back and asked for Cheryl again. We not only walked out with a dinning room set that both my husband and I agreed on (that was pretty hard) but also with a new mattress set. The service provided, no hassle or pressure, great looking quality of the products and excellent deals allowed us to walk away satisfied and very happy with our purchase. Cheryl and Albert were amazing!! Highly recommended. I know where my next furniture purchase will be at!!

Strolled into the store Saturday evening to buy some comfy new couches, and the Ashley Team did not disappoint! Mike Feather helped guide us through the nice selection in the store, answering all of our questions knowledgeably along the way. Once we had found the leather sectional of our dreams, Mike was very helpful in configuring it based upon our specific needs. Once we decided what we wanted the store manager Albert made sure we got an amazing deal that I was more than satisfied with. All in all a great shopping experience. My sales man Keith was extremely helpful, not forceful with his sales pitch. He answered my questions and made me believe he was being honest in what he said to me. His manager David was very successful in closing the deal with me, because initially I said I wanted to sleep on it. However, he worked with me in a way that made me decide to make the purchase the same day. My experience, which by the way was my first time stepping foot into an Ashley Furniture Store was a great experience. Definitely 5 star service, and it did not take long, which was a bonus.

This has been best buying experience that Ive ever had and I will be long time, repeat customer of Ashleys. My salesperson Keith was very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products and pricing. I appreciate his patience with me while I was being indecisive with my choices. I wanted a sofa and loveseat but after working with Keith, I got a great deal on a 14 piece living room set which cost about the same as the 2 piece I originally came to buy. I would recommend all my friends and family to come visit Ashley Homestore in Emeryville.

We recently purchased a dining room table and chairs from this location of Ashely. The sales person and the sales manager, Albert were efficient and helpful.. When the set was delivered the chairs were different than what we expected and cheerfully exchanged for the correct ones. We were left with the impression that Ashley cares about their customers and should things not happen as expected they will make them right. I would absolutely purchase from them again and recommend them to others.

I was immediately greeted by Jeffs excellent customer service. I told Jeff what I was looking for and he referred my parents and I to exactly what we needed. Not only was he knowledgeable but extremely patient. My family appreciates the extra steps he took to make sure my disabled father was able to get the perfect bed and recliner. After getting our Tempurpedic mattress home for less than a month, we found that it was too firm - to the point I was waking up every night multiple times with back aches. Called the store and was took they didnt do ANY type of exchanges or refunds on ANY of their mattresses or furniture. THE WORST policy Ive ever encountered - I will NEVER shop here or at any of their stores again. Not even an Im sorry - worst customer service ever...

I went inside Ashly home furniture to look for a catch for my home I was immediately greeted by a worker named Keith who was great he showed me to the show room where another associate Named David proceeded to help me he was so Awsome he helped me with prices and he helped me find exactly the right size that I was looking for , I will definatly be returning here the workers are really friendly and they are well informed !

We were in the market for a few new pieces & Patricia patiently showed us around. After we decided what we wanted we saw another item that I fell in love with. Beware they offer instant $25 gift card for leaving a review on Google or Yelp, one gift card for each review. That implies some of the 5 stars reviews here might be the result of free gift cards and not so much the reflection on the quality of service here. I fell into the trap initially. They have poor customer service and mis-management across the board. We ended up canceling the order.
