I went in Rock Hill Powersports yesterday to buy a RZR . I had my trailer with me. I have the money. Saw a few RZR and was ready went in building and looked for help and got nothing. finally got a guy in mid 30s walked by and he says "sup" Well to me I did not like that buy I said I would like to see about getting a RZR. He then said how you gone pay for it, my response was I have money and the next thing he says is let me getting a credit app. I told him I wanted to figure out which one I wanted first and see what kind of deal we could make. he walked off like he was getting something and never came back. I waited a few minutes like 10 a girl came by and asked who we were waiting for I said someone that could help us with a RZR she said what do you need I told her the same thing. She went to get someone and never came back. I guess they have the Bermuda triangle in an office there that sucks in their employees when they go get something or someone because no one returns. Thats ok Rock Hill Power Sports you guys need to change more than your name. Today I will purchase a RZR from someone but it will not be from you. Do not go here this is the worse customer service ever they live up to the bad name they have had for years. The name change didnt change the business style.

I really wish I was able to give negative stars. This is BY FAR the WORST experience Ive ever had with a dealership. I would consider their practices nothing short of THEFT!!! Took my boat in for service after they said they could do the 100hr service and reset the maintenance light. When I picked the boat up several days after dropping it off (and several hundred dollars later) for service, I was informed that they could not reset the maintenance light and that I would need to take it to another dealership to have it reset. Additionally, the boat was dirtier than when i dropped it off. I was given yet another excuse of the person who washes the serviced vehicles was "stuck in traffic" and unable to clean it. So then I took it to Lake Norman Powersports where I had to pay an additional cost to have the maintenance light reset. At that time, their technician showed me the coolant reservoirs which were just about empty. So basically, Rock Hill Powersports didnt perform the service they were paid for. They did a $400 oil change. Absolutely unbelievable that they are still in business.... I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemies. Avoid them like the plague.

Wow... lots of interesting reviews here. Let me give a relevant, honest review. FIVE STARS - EXCELLENT! My experience, purchased my 2nd bike from Rock Hill Powersports this past week (KTM 300 XC-W), previous was a Kawasaki KFX700 several years ago. Im always greeted and treated with the utmost respect. I ask tons of questions, I mean crazy questions from many different perspectives and always feel like they have the time for me. Shane Hager (Sales Mgr) is very knowledgeable and in my experience doesnt play games. We talked real numbers, directly and came to what I believe was a GREAT deal quickly. Sarah, my sales associate was awesome. She is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and even brought an item I left at the dealership by my house after work. Excellent service with a smile! I have returned 2x since to ask questions, say hi and pick up misc items (oil, spark plugs, etc.) and my experience is great. Love all the KTM street bikes are in stock! Love the huge selection of KTM dirt bikes (other makes too, but I bleed orange now). Finally, the pig in service is a awesome... and is a fixture in our neighborhood Baxter Village. :)

My son who has aspergers syndrome, has wanted an Atv for as long as I can rememeber and due to some credit issues I was not expected to fulfill his wish any time soon. We frequently go to the atv shops just to dream and fantasize as we did on 11/13/15. The salesman Tom aka (knucklehead) talked to us for quite some time and my son sat on every bike in the place. Again just dreaming of that day. I went home and pondered my options and wished I could make his wish come true. The next day I stopped by Rock Hill Motor Sports and spoke to Tom again and we decided to see what could be worked out. Long story short, after some hard work from Tom, Shane, and most notably Henry, my sons dream has come true. These folks have such fine work ethic and really busted their butt for me. I cannot express my pleasure and most sincere thank you to this group of folks for making a very special boys wish come true. I will be sending as many folks to them as well as revisiting them for any and all future purchases. Thanks Again guys,

My family and I purchased a Razr from you all last month, it was easy and a great deal, After doing our research and calling other dealers we were excited to make our purchase from Rock Hill. From the time we walked in it was the easiest big purchase Ive ever made, polite, friendly people, and we left excited and ready to take our new toy in the woods. I had to put a positive comment online after looking for your service hours online and reading several reviews by the same person. Being a small business owner myself its no fun dealing with customers without a face. People need not use social media if they dont have the guts to own their comments and attach a name or contact info. I find it hard to believe the dealership I bought from couldnt help resolve your issues, but then again judging by the multiple reviews you posted it probably is more of your approach than anything. Enough wasted time on the negative, I will buy again and definitely send friends and family your way. Sincere Thank, Steve Locke

05 Mar 16 I went into powersports in Rock Hill sc looking to find out the difference between two models and was in the market to purches a 4 wheeler . All the sales people where busy so the Gentleman in finacing helped me out untill Sara was free to help me . she was very helpful and knowledgeable of her job and went the extra mile to help research another model . I was then introduced to craig in parts and he helped me find the things i wanted and needed to get so i am safe on the trails . My Experience was very pleasnt and very friendly ! Also I did Buy a 4 wheeler there and it was for a very reasonable price ! They called me before i left work today to let me know the parts i ordered had arrived , So I Stopped on the way home from work today to pick up the parts i bought and everyone was just as friendly and curtious ! I must say the parts and service staff are awesome !

Bought two bikes.......... First bike, a 2015 dr200 didnt even make it 20 miles and broke down, upon returning with the bike they made some excuses about bad gas............. Bike ran for two weeks and did the same thing again! Second bike, a 2015 70model Suzuki wont idle properly.......... Ive had this equipment less than a month! Called service department and they said just drop it off and well call you when we get to it......... Basically these people are rip-off artist, they will sell you some shiny Junk and when you get off the lot its on you! Not satisfied with the quality of service, or the ability of the people to get it right.......... PLEASE, PLEASE be very careful if you deal with this place...........
