Had a Patagonia trucker hat that I bought from a sporting goods store last year that the little button thing on top fell off of (not sure how) and had a small sharp metal piece u underneath, but anyway I went into this store with it and the sales associate took one look and said "Oh! Lets get you a new one." And so she just let me pick any hat in the store and did a quick switch and I was out the door. Their gear policy is awesome. Everythings guaranteed and the warrantee works. The gear that is returned damaged or defective gets repaired and sold on a used gear site by them too so you know its not being wasted. Just a cool company. 5 stars for easy gear replacement and friendly staff.

I just bought a jacket here yesterday. Over the course of my shopping, I interacted with four staff members and they were all EXEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful! It was a great shopping experience. Also, Patagonia is the only company I found that uses recycled down and/or down that is guaranteed not to involve live-plucking. In addition, I discovered that this co. is committed to using products that are safe for the environment and people. Although their products are on the more-expensive side, given the above and the fact that this jacket will likely last at least five times longer than the last jacket I bought, it is worth the investment!

While I love Patagonia, the store cannot possibly carry every color or variation of an item, so if yourre a common size you can come up short some times, but the staff is always helpful and willing to order an item if you know what you want. I dont want to recommend online or catalog vs a local store experience though, so check out Patagonia and see what theyve got!

Staff is very friendly (especially Paul) and you can tell they actually like their jobs! Its an extra bonus that the company in general does so much good for our communities and environment. I will pay the extra money to get the service, quality, and integrity!

Stopped in looking for a patch kit for my down vest. They showed me the items they sold to fix it and also offered to take care of it for me. I brought it in and they had it patched for me in a couple minutes free of charge. Awesome service!

Patagonia has some of my favorite clothes and gear, and this location is excellent. The store is quite large, and they have a huge selection. The staff are helpful, and they occasionally have great sales. Definitely worth a stop!

A fairly large Patagonia store with a small outlet in the back. Its great to be in a state with no clothing tax! The products steeply priced, but youre helping the environment and paying for quality materials.
