Really was interested in a car. They couldnt find the key. Said they would call us when they found it. Never have called us. Really good prices on some of their preowned vehicles. And now the rest of the story. 6/24/17 Same car we were interested in is there. My wife, daughter really liked the car. They got home, told me they liked it ect.. I said lets go try and buy it. I looked the car online. Red flag,so I called the car company. Im good now. We go in with the salesperson. Hes doing his job. I tell him my price. He asked why my price was that low. I told him the car has a major recall on it. The recall might mean it will have to have a new motor. He said they just got it back from the other dealership and it was good. I told him I just talked to the car builders corporate headquarters and the car has been recalled. He went to his boss, service dept manager and they made calls. I was right. The car hadnt been seen about the major recall. Anyway I said Id give $$$$$ cash for it right then. Even came up 500. But they said now lower than $$$$ for it. The funny thing is he text 30 minutes later and said someone was coming to buy the car for the exact $$$$ they said they had to have. Crazy right. Its no big deal. Just remember to always do ur research. Even the dealership thought everything was good to go with the car, but it wasnt. A simple mistake. Very nice guys working hard at their jobs. Give em a try, theyll do what they can. Thats all u can ask. Thanks to the Kia corporation for helping with my questions and concerns in a very professional and timely manner.

When we had the drivers side airbag replaced in the recall last year, we had an awful time. I dreaded having to do it again for the passenger side. I called and talked to Seth, who told me he would order the airbag and call me when it was in. Two days later he called and we made an appt for this morning, 7/13/2016 at 9:30. I called on Tuesday to make sure the bag was actually there (one of the problems from last time) and requested an estimate of the time needed to replace the bag. Today we took the Honda, went for breakfast. We came back and they drove our vehicle up. I checked out, and I told them I honestly couldnt see how they could have done better. Amazing customer service all around! Kathy Boston was a breath of fresh air! We just went for an oil change/tire rotation but uhaul did a schiesty job installing the hitch wires and the mechanic noticed that the wiring was hanging and that the car was making a rattling noise and they offered to fix the problem for free! We will definitely bring our business here indefinitely and suggested them to anyone else in need of services for their vehicles.

Had a great experience. Richard did not hassle us and let us shop/test drive at our own pace. Never felt like I was being rushed. My last experience buying a vehicle (at another local dealership) was terrible. I was very determined this time to approach it on my terms. Was pleased through out. Got a great deal and I am so happy with all of the service I received. Would recommend Floyd Traylor.

Prices are way too high. Customer service was horrible. The drive to Tulsa to save thousands is worth it. We bought from South Pointe Honda and are thrilled. Saved over $2000 and were treated great. The place is nice and new with all kinds of great "perks" too. Take the drive and go to South Pointe. This Floyd Trailor Honda needs to figure out its customers arent stupid.

Untrustworthy Service. Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection is useless. I asked them if they actually inflated my spare which they complacently checked off. A mechanic laughed when the service rep Matt asked him to check the spare which ended up being 30 psi under inflated. I now have no idea what else they checked off without verifying.

Ive purchased two vehicles from Floyd Traylor and felt like I got a good price on both. They can compete on price with NWA, Tulsa, and Central Arkansas easily from my experience. They have a kids indoor play area if you are getting an oil change or work done. I havent experienced any high pressure sales from them.
