Had my dodge caliber here for an electrical problem luckily I had an extra vehicle to drive so i told the dealership to keep the car as long as needed to fix the repair. So after two weeks of the vehicle being in this service department I was called to pick up the vehicle. After several hundred dollars in repairs later I drive my caliber off the lot and I dont even get more than 50 feet from the dealership and the car dies and there is an oder of gasoline in my car now. I go get the service manager and she opens the hood and I watch her move the battery terminals by hand and she begins to tell me to leave the vehicle for another day because they obviously forgot to attach somethings. Are you kidding me. I was told this dealership Had many A level technicians but I dont feel like I recieve A level service. Hopefully tomorrow when i go to pick up my car someone sees this review and appolgizes for the lack of profesionalism this service department has showed me. How do you give a car to someone incomplete. My time is more valuable to me than they obviously think. Go to any other Dodge dealership in the area. Besides for the ladies that help the customers the technicians chris and mike the rest of the parts department and technicians are incompitant. Unless you can get a guarantee that chris or mike will be working on your car DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

I have been trying to find a car place or dealership willing to help me get a car that is afforable and safe. I went to three other places and they all tried to pressure me into newer cars and made me feel guilty about not wanting to get something new or being able to afford it. I saw a used Subaru on their website, and did the usual online info request. I missed a call this morning from Ricky, but stopped by anyway to see what I could do. I met with him and he knew me from my request and what I was looking for immediately. The car was at another lot, so I was able to take it for an extensive test drive, which was great. He knew I had a limited price range, and never made me feel bad about it or pressure me into another car. He made me feel important, like I was there to buy a brand new expensive car and spent a lot of time with me, even though I was not the best sale for him by any means. I had a car to trade in and he went above and beyond to help me and he made sure I was able to get this car! The process was painless-he took care of everything, I paid, and went home with my new (used) car. I hate car shopping but today I came home tired, but beyond happy. I highly recommend them and Ricky-they will definitely help you find a car that fits your budget and lifestyle and give you great customer service!

This place is terrible. I thought that I would get treated better by the little buy, but I was very wrong. I ordered a brand new Challenger there in 2009, they changed the deal from the time I ordered it to when it arrived and it cost me thousands more between lost discounts and finance rates, but I had my heart set on the car and didnt want to run for some reason. The day after I got the car it didnt start, because the battery was not attached to the power cable. They straight up lied to me about gap insurance. I had a simple problem that they made worse when I brought it there and didn’t want to bring it back out of fear, I called two years later after I found out a friend of a friend (good, smart guy) worked in the service department and could fix it for me, turns out this was a few days after the warranty was up (with only 11,000 miles on it) they wanted to charge me to try and repair it again. Im sure Im missing some details of my terrible experience there, but Im sure I got my point across.

Just 1 big run around. Made an appointment that started on a Saturday, was told they didnt have the parts so I made another for Wednesday. Was told it would be done by 3:30. I was called at work at 3:41 to tell me the technician just realized he was short 2 gaskets, so is it okay to keep the Durango. Apparently yes cause its apart but was promised it would be done by 8:30 the next morning and they took my wifes phone number to call her directly to let her know so she could come get it. Got a call from the wife at 3:20 asking if I could get her. The car is still not done and once again promised it would be done in the next hour. I dropped wife off and she didnt get out till 5:30. Honestly the worst service department I have dealt with and will go back to Nazareth from now on until I convince the wife to go back to Smith Ford and sell this Dodge. Best part was I never got the big questionnaire from corporate asking how great they are. Imagine that. Lucky I even gave a star just the worst!

From the moment I contacted the dealership via email my experience has been terrific. Kevin Schaefer was quick to answer my questions & set up a meeting. I went in telling Kevin my finical restrictions & what I wanted in a vehicle. He came thru 100%. I never felt pressured or like a choice was being made for me. He took the time to work with me & get my what I needed within my finical means. Jeff & Tom assisted preparing the paperwork and were equally wonderful to work with. Kevin went out of his way making sure everything was up to my expectations. My boyfriend had purchased his car from another dealership about a year ago. It was an awful experience. That is what we were both expecting when we walked into John Johnson. The complete opposite occurred thanks to Kevin, Jeff & Tom. This whole experience has been easy, relaxed & headache free. Now both my boyfriend & myself will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. I will recommend buying a vehicle from Kevin at John Johnson to everyone.

Dominic was my salesman and he was good but I think he should answer the questions when we asked my problem was with interest rate they only said " your credit is good youll be happy with your rate and they continue filling up papers. Not answer to my question yet. The guy behind the desk running credits wasnt very honest, they want us to sign papers not letting us know the interest rate until I ask twice they said . Your interest is 10.5% , when I said Im not taking the truck because the rate is too high , he said well I can use a coupon to low the rate to 9.5% I felt like I was in Shop Rite where you can use coupons to buy something . At the end he left the rate at 5.5 still high but much better than before , extra charge that I notice and he had to do paper again , very tricky person to get more money on the vehicle . You can buy a car on this dealer but have to have your eyes open at all times . Hope this review helps future customers .
