We went to Trade Zone in Hampton on Rt. 31 looking for a car for our college bound son where we found a very clean 2002 Honda Accord. We were able to strike an extremely fair deal and we asked Russ Owren, the sales manager, to have the wheels balanced before we picked the car up. He agreed and called us the following day to say the car actually needs an axle shaft and that they would pay for the repair. The car was ready for pickup, as promised, and repaired. What a great experience we had and would definitely shop there again.
