Update: they refused to respond to the BBB. So now I have a car with a salvaged title and no tags. Cant get tags cuz I have no title and it isnt registered. Cant register it cuz it has a salvaged title. They refuse to give me my money back. Stay away!! I purchased this car 3/24, theyre scam artists. Update 4/16/16: found out the car had a salvage title. The title they sent me a text of isnt in their name. Called motor vehicle commissions and the NICB and they said the car should have been issued a salvage title. The investigators said they knew and thats why the title isnt in their name. Thats illegal and called title jumping. Went to get my money back. They refused, I called police who took a report and advised us to take them to court. Avoid them! Horrible business!! Update. The car I bought was unsafe to drive. Took it to a Honda dealership and was told it was completely unsafe. Found papers stashed that said it failed inspections Very nice and helpful people. Angel and Rob assisted and worked with us they remained flexible and keep the mood light. They had great cars and great prices.

Awful...almost as bad as City Select. Turned off the warning lights so it didnt come on til I was gone. Spent 3k on my car and in 2 months had to put 1400 into it and now 3 months after that Im looking at even more. When I called them, they were like why didnt you get the warranty? I told them when I asked that they didnt offer them period. Essentially told me i was s.o.l. and hung up on me. Now i have a car that i cant drive because of these shiesty people...run! UPDATE: Had to replace the engine and radiator as well because the timing belt was bad. Wish I could give 0 stars

These guys down here are awesome. I drove a long way to get a vehicle from here because it was in my price range. Another guy trying to sell me a car tried to tell me I couldnt find something in my price range for what I was looking for, but they didnt know about J&C! I wasnt too hesitant to purchase this vehicle and I know they put work into making it good for the next owner (me!) Theyre trustworthy and fix up the cars and stand behind them. Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience at j and c. I was interested in a specific car, and I got it same day. No one tried to sell me on a car I didnt want as has been done in the past. It was just a smooth transaction. Thanks to Angel for going the extra mile to get me a monthly payment and APR that was even better than expected. Unfortunately I forget his name, but the mechanic who went on the test was very helpful as well. I definitely recommend the place.

They said it was nothing wrong with the car but when I drove it, 3rd gear was bad. The next day, the engine light came on. Went autozone for diagnostics and then to mechanics to check it out. They said it they must of fixed the check lights so that it wouldnt show. Also, they screwed the glove compartment door shut. They dont keep their car maintained at all. Buy if you can afford to pay 2,000 + to fix or waist money.

Horrible shady people my good friend bought a car from them with her hard earned money and these crooks told her that the title on her car was clean turns out its a salvaged car and what they are doing is title jumping and are not disclosing this information to their clients please go elsewhere and dont go with them
