One of the worst sites I have had the displeasure to visit. If I hadnt spent so much time shopping/price checking and putting my (29 item) order together I would have deleted it. First, the Paypal link was broken, stating their was a newer version and the link needed updating. Second, after leaving the page to go to Paypal, I was unable to log back in. No error message, the fields would just would go blank. Then I went to chat for help who reset the password but transposed numbers and "Hugh" just kept telling me to reenter a wrong pass code. I gave up after 35 minutes ONLY to spend 40+ minutes on the phone because they could get the automated system to take my credit card because the addresses didnt match ... did I have my cc statement mailed somewhere else? Over and hour to place an order; luckily my phone has a headset! I will never shop here again!!!

Rude employees. Bad customer service after coming here for several years and several dogs. Had signed vet vaccine documents called ahead discussed that I needed to bring paper work with my dogs. Explained to them over the phone exactly what paper work looked like and they told me that would be fine come on in. They Rufused to accept my vet paper work when I arrived and were rude and treated me in a very condosending manner. Rather than offer any remedies the grooming manager was rude and turned me away and didnt want to even try and call my vet to verify my paperwork. She finally called when i got rather upset and then rudely turned me away. I will never shop or have my dogs groomed here again.

I found PetCo after the other pet store I had been shopping stopped carrying the Science Diet dog food my dog needs. I have found the store to be clean and well maintained. The prices are in the expected price range, and they often have coupons for use on products I use. This store also accepts Android Pay. The only bummer is that their loyalty program needs to be scanned at the register versus a tap on their NFC terminal during payment. Please allow for both loyalty and payment to be used on the NFC terminal.

I was treated badly, rudely! I bought two rats from there for pets and they were sick so when I went to return them she told me off and told me to take care of the problem like as if my other rats made them sivk. I have 7 rats and none are sick . Then a lady took the rats from us and put them back in with all the rats that are for sale. Im never buying a pet from petco. Theres 1 nice person there and his name is jake, the rest are rude and unfriendly.

Petco is okay. I can usually find what I need, but its my back-up plan - I strongly prefer shopping at our local pet food and supplies store. Petcos prices are a bit steep. They do offer some coupons and a rewards program, but it takes a while to earn worthwhile rewards. The staff here are generally friendly and helpful. They have a pretty broad selection, but despite this I was unable to find a pet food that works for my dog with food sensitivities.

The employees Ive met at this Petco store are super friendly and really know their stuff. I always prefer coming here now because they go above and beyond just answering my questions, they care and they have experience and knowledge. Just a nice laid back atmosphere with real animal people, who wont hesitate to share what they know to make sure you feel confident in your purchases but not pressured in any way.

Good service. Only giving three stars because of experience with staff members. Seems like half of them are knowledgeable of the pets and items and the other half are not. Have learned to ask how much they know about what I am looking for and when they say not much to ask for someone else that does.

Attended the Mega Adoption Expo to have my dog microchipped. Was impressed with the organization of all the booths. All were very helpful. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the event. Thanks to all partcipating organizations. This was a very good social event, especially for my dog.

We went to look at the saltwater fish. The selection was much to small. While waiting for my fiance to make a decision, I looked around. The store needs a good cleaning. Staff, as always, were friendly.

Brought my 2 dogs to get groomed there. The grooming staff was not very friendly, and I have personally had another groomer that is in business for herself do a MUCH better job for half the price.
