Bought what we were told was a 3 month old dryer, that had been used by an older lady and she was moved into an assisted living center. After months of having issues, I got in touch with Whirlpool and found out that, in fact, the dryer was over 10 years old and had been having issues before than! This is the 3rd time we have gotten crappy appliances from Dugans. Next time, I am going to take my chances at Menards.

Thanks for the great service! Needed a stove (great price!) for my lake cabin and Dugans took care of everything, easy as could be. Brought the new stove to the cabin, took away the old one and its working great. Best of all, I wasnt even there! Now thats what I call a great customer experience.
