ojo ojo ojo cuidado por aqui le promete y no le cumplen ,yo siempre le doy la oportunidad despues de ver los mecanicos en guelga por un año pase por alli y compre una silvarado2015 me agregaron garantias que nunca pedi y hasta la fecha no me han dado un rembolzo despues de averlas cancelado hase mas de un mes.les compre la protecion para el esterior de corrocion y del interior lo cual nunca sela pusieron se la llevan todo el dia y la managaron alredor de100 millas cuando este lugar que la aplica esta a 5 millas en elgin.todavia me segi aguantando y alli voy para que sela buelban a poner por que el diler no quiso reenbolzarme.no hay crevilidad especialmente en los manager .no tienen palabra y aun hay mas me prometiero car wash y de pronto ya pusieron un anuncio de que ya no lo hacen savados ni domingos bien ..lougo voy por mi primer servicio donde indican que han echo una rotacion sin remover ninguna rueda? indican tambien que han inspecsionado la precionde las llantas e indica su papel que todas tienen 35 de precion yo me haceguro que asi fuera dado aque la camioneta lo indica una indicaba 34 la otra 37 y las otras 35 y si fui y les pregunte y tratan de esplicarme que el clima cuando apenas hacia unos minutos que avia salido.bueno la metieron para arreglarla..prefieo pagar mi servicio a que me de una minrira o las lavadas de carro no pa que les cuento .lo pongo en español por se que somos un gran numero de clintes

This place is awful and does not deserve the current 4.2 rating. My boyfriend and I took his younger sister there to get her first car and upon driving it home we came to realize the heat did not work, and anyone from IL can understand how important it is. The radio also did not work. We bought the car on a Saturday...Paid in full. My boyfriend called on Monday to let them know about the problems. The sales guy never called back. My boyfriend then sent an email complaint. They responded and said they wanted to "rectify" the situation and had no idea about these problems. They scheduled an appointment for his sister to take the car there on the following Saturday (it was Tuesday when we made this call). I went with his sister because 1. its a long drive (over an hour away) and 2. She is new to the whole owning a car thing. So, they took the car in to look at it. The sales guy (Ron) didnt even acknowledge us except to tell us to pull the car around...Didnt apologize, didnt ask how things were otherwise...Absolutely no customer service. After they brought the car in, the mechanic guy tells us he didnt fix anything he just looked at the heater and said the heater core was clogged and needed to be flushed. He said if they did it they would charge us $300. Which, upon research we realized is a load of crap. We could easily do this ourselves or if we did take it to a mechanic it would be a lot cheaper than that. I asked if he looked at the radio (which I am sure is as SIMPLE as a blown fuse they could have changed) And he was like oh no I didnt do that because we are swamped today and we had to fit you guys in between our actual appointments....Excuse me? We made the appointment on a TUESDAY. You didnt squeeze us in. All you guys did was waste our time and gas to come back out there. I am glad there were no other major problems with that car and my boyfriends sister is happy with it otherwise, but its kind of bogus to sell a girl her first car with no radio or working heat, shes lucky to have a caring brother who plans to fix these things for her since Piemontes idea of "rectifying" a situation is ridiculous. You guys deserve zero stars. FYI the majority of the used cars there are junk from what I could see. Dont waste your time travelling there. If you live close thats cool, otherwise its not worth the trip for the awful customer service and the mediocre car options.

Another Bait and Switch. **BEWARE** I had been shopping online for a family vehicle and had found a great deal online through their site. I called on 04/25 @ 6pm to confirm if the car was still available and to confirm the pricing that was online. I was told "Yes the vehicle is still available and the price is correct" I expressed interest and stated that i would come by this weekend to take a look and possibly go home with the vehicle. I was advised that there were potential buyers viewing the buick at the current moment. He took my number and told he would let me know if the car got sold. Never received a call back so i called today 04/27 to make sure they had the vehicle and was told that they do and have recently done a price change. (price confirmed on Tuesday 04/25 $19,970 . Price change to $23,970 just today) I let the sales person know that i had called Tuesday and had been watching this car online for the last week. She stated unfortunately someone made an error when they entered in the internet price. The funny part is the person who i was on the phone with on Tuesday night, who confirmed the pricing of $19,970 was Al. You would think you would want to take pride for being a GREAT dealership and wouldve caught this mistake a week ago. I had left my computer browsers up and reexplained to the sales rep today how they confirmed. She unfortunately said that they had been getting alot of inquires for this car and realized the price was incorrect. They can keep their over priced vehicle. Ive been following this particular make/model for the past 5 weeks all same year, all clean titles.

I could not be any more happy with my experience at Al Piemonte chevy! i walked in and was welcomed by a large staff that was friendly and willing to help. my sales rep Matt S. was more than helpful through the whole experience and really made me feel good about my new purchase. I have bought cars before but this was my first time away from parents or siblings help but he guided me through the whole process and was absolutely truthful with me at every step of the way and really gave me reasons to trust him and was extremely professional yet very personable and nice. I cant begin to explain how relieved i was to have a honest dealer and sales team after dealing with dealers like Biggers Chevy who play games and bait and switch you. But with Piemonte there was no b.s and no tricky sales tactics. i will continue to go back to Piemonte for every car i buy because i know that they are trust worthy and one of the best dealership experiences i have ever had. Donnie was absolutely amazing through the whole process and was extremely understanding of the situation. He made sure that i would walk out happy and with a car and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy and taken care of. I also was extremely happy with the way the dealers head manager Rich interacted with me, really made me feel taken care of and really let me know that anything i need will be handled.They go ABOVE & BEYOND!! So many amazing perks for buying a car here that no other dealer has or can even compare to. Thank you again Piemonte for easing my mind and making one of the biggest decisions of my life a great experiences.
