The ambience of this store seemed happy, beautiful and clean until I reached the check out counter. There was a younger gentleman who was very helpful and resourceful. He was checking IDs and bagging the customer personal selections while an older man ran the register. The older man was very grumpy and very rude. He threw my debit card on the counter and then threw my receipt at me as if I was trash. He the proceeded to ring up the customer behind me as if I were invisible, as I stood there in amazement. I politely picked up my card and receipt and said "HOW RUDE". I will never shop here again!! I will also advise others not to do business here either, unless they dont mind being mistreated. His behavior was unnecessary and unfair to me as the customer and unfair to the business owner for he has now lost business!!

This store is closest store to my home. Been in the store about a dozen times since moving here in March. Left several messages for the manager to try to order a case of our favorite spirit. Never received a call back. The employees are not friendly or helpful. When they did have a very nice older gentleman working, the young girl working with him was rude to us and disrespectful to him. I havent been back, that wasnt the first time Her behavior was poor. Have since switched to La Vergne Beverage Depot on Murfreesboro Rd. For Price, Value, Variety & Quality of People go to La Vergne Beverage Depot. Much, Much better than Parkway Wine & Spirits.........

Stopped by this place on the way home from work today to pick up some vodka. Not a tall order. Most of the staff was very nice. However, totally turned off buy the ghetto-ness at the register with her iPhone stuffed down her bra, headphones in her ears, tapping away on the screen. Seriously, cant you do that crap on break? Better yet, management, cant you reign in your employees so that I dont have to experience this when I go shopping for my booze? Im over that crap.

Most of the staff are nice, but the gangly old guy has a huge chip on his shoulder every time I have been in there for the past year. It turns me off from the whole place. I would rather drive over to Divine on Weakley Lane than be treated like Im coming in to pay a speeding ticket instead of buying booze everyone else has in stock.

Great store, great selection. Chris is most helpful/personable. I cant help but wonder for those writing the negative reviews, especially naming another businesses if they arent just competitive cheap shots. Ive been here a few times and have never seen rude from an employee. Ill be back.

Parkway Wine & Spirits has a very large selection. They have everything from wine to whiskey and everything in between. They recently added a filling station for beer jugs and have a good selection including Mayday. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Definitely the go-to place for our adult beverage needs. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices cant be beat. I highly recommend Parkway Wine and Spirits. If you havent checked them out yet, please do...you will NOT be disappointed!

Fantastic selection and had a lot of the local unique finds I had heard about (Whisper Creek, Belle Meade). Loved seeing all the beers on tap too! Staff were great suggesting finds I may have missed. Booze tourist lol
