The University of Denver Bookstore has received mixed reviews regarding the quality of its service. Some patrons describe the store as a "dream," praising its free book offerings and the presence of resident cats that add to the store's charm. However, others have criticized the store for being "messy and unorganized."
The bookstore is open six days a week, with varying hours. It is closed on one unspecified day. The store also has an online presence, although some customers have noted discrepancies between the items listed online and those available in the physical store.
The pricing at the University of Denver Bookstore is a subject of debate among customers. While some find the selection reasonable, others describe the store as "over-priced," particularly when it comes to textbooks. There is a call for professors to allow the purchase of older, less expensive editions of textbooks.
The store offers a wide range of products, including books and University of Denver gear. Special tables are set up for books priced at $5 or less and $2 or less. However, the store's organization has been criticized, with some customers finding it difficult to locate specific items.
The staff's performance has not been a major point of discussion in the reviews. However, the presence of resident cats, Zeus and Apollo, has been noted as a unique and enjoyable aspect of the shopping experience.

I absolutely love coming to the University of Denver Bookstore! They have boxes of free books outside, they limit you to 10 per day. The forat time I came to Iliad I barely made it through half of the store. Its huge! Zeus and Apollo, the resident kitties, are adorable! They follow you throughout the bookstore, if youre lucky. Inside there are two large tables with books for $5 or less and $2 or less. Come alone or with friends, youll have a great time. This place is a dream!

Its about what you would expect out of a university bookstore. There are indeed books there, and plenty of DU gear as well. Pretty nice selection.

I wish more professors would allow purchase of older editions. Basic over-priced university bookstore.
