I was all about ABA since my sister used them for her wedding and her arrangements came out beautifully. I do not know if management has changed since then, but I am terribly disappointed with their lack of customer service and professionalism. I placed an order with them in October 2015 for my wedding in March 2016. I not only went there in person and contacted them via email, but I spoke with them over the phone to confirm my order as well. Deposits are due 30 days prior to wedding date, according to their policy. I call them today to make changes to my arrangements, and they tell me I never confirmed my order (which I did) and that they cannot accommodate me, as they are now booked for all of March. What would have happened has I not had to make changes to my order, went there 30 days prior to make my deposit, at which point they would have told me sorry, but no? Clearly, they are disorganized and do not communicate. I have never experienced such terrible service in my life.

Excellent and high Customer Service!! Prompt delivery. I am very pleased with the flower arrangements I ordered for my nieces birthday today. I highly recommend Gianfranco at ABA Flowers in Doral.

Really like this particular flower shop. Not very big but they dabble in a wide array of different arrangements for different occasions. Plus, the flowers are fresh as well..... ☺️

Great service... I went a day before my wedding to pick up 50 roses to decorate the room. All the roses were perfect, also a great price compared to everyone around.

Had to cut ties with them after 10 years of doing business. Arrangements where lacking freshness and creativity. Customer service has gone down hill.
