I was in an extensive search for a particular vehicle, that led me to finding an excellent candidate at Caspian Auto. Now i was skeptical as i had been burned several times with the typical used car dealer nonsense. I own an automotive repair shop and knew exactly what i was looking for.(not at all an ideal customer for scam ridden dealers) I spoke back and forth with Tina about the vehicle and my concerns of driving 6 hours from NY, to look at a vehicle that may or may not have been what they were advertising. She was initially very helpful and helped relieve my concerns by telling me as a usual practice for out of state buyers they would have the mechanic go through an inspection via facetime or skype before i made the trip down. This is when things took a turn.. I was asked if i had an Iphone for facetime, and having an android i responded that i did not. I asked if they could do skype instead as she had mentioned t previously as an option and she said she would look into it. 3 days went by with no response. I then offered to just use my girlfriends phone to conduct it using facetime to make things easier and still no response. Its been 2 weeks and havent heard a word back. I could understand if it was an unreasonable request had they not been the ones to offer this service. I cant speak on the quality of the vehicle or purchase experience as i did not make it that far. I found the lack of response both unprofessional and unacceptable, being in the business if i ghosted one of my customers i would certainly lose their business. I dont feel that a simple response one way or the other was much to ask. Cant help but feel i dodged a bullet here, if this is how it starts i cant imagine how it would have ended. Long story short i happily spent my $20,000 else where..

Dont do it! I had a terrible experience with Caspian Auto Motors. I found a car online on auto-trader for what appeared to be a great value. I am in Chicago, IL and they are in Stafford, VA, but Ive purchased cars out of state before without much hassle and, you can find great values that way. Thus, I told them that I could not come to look at the car before purchasing it, so I needed them to be upfront with me about any major defects. They repeatedly told me there were no major defects and the car was in good condition (it was a guy named Mike). In fact, I called again the day before my flight and said asked a again, saying “look, once I leave Chicago this becomes a big mess – we are before the point of no return before I get on a plane, so I just want to ask, are there any defects you can think of to report.” They assured me there was not. However, that was not the case. After a $200 flight, I got there and the car was in TERRIBLE shape. To name just a few problems: the speakers were missing and there was exposed wiring; the AC/Heater blower didnt work; the electronics seemed to randomly lose power; there was duct tape holding pieces of the roof together (thats right, duct tape!); the four wheel drive didnt work/made a terrible grinding noise. Not only did they not mention any of these defects over the phone after I told them I was coming from out of town, the ones that were easily noticeable by simply looking at the vehicle (i.e., the speakers) were conspicuously missing from the pictures online. Needless to say, I didnt buy the car. Thank goodness the defects I experienced were obvious, but its certainly possible they are selling other cars whose defects arent so obvious. My advice: whatever you do, do not buy a car from Caspian Auto.

Worst experience Ive ever had with an automotive stealership. June 23rd, 2016 I purchased a used 2010 Audi A4. It was recently inspected and they stated that they stand behind their vehicles. Suffice to say, 2 days after the purchase date the car had a loud fan blower motor and extremely violent idling when starting up and stalling as well. I went back to them and my main issue was the violent shaking and the vehicle just dying. A week later, after some "repairs" they stated that they placed in a new oil pump, fixed the blower motor and installed a inter-cooler... Thanks but the car is still idling violently and still stalling (7/6/2016). I get the vehicle towed to an Audi dealer and they run a diagnostic (7/9/2016). The mechanic gives me a rundown. Turns out the crankcase is bleeding oil from the main seal which needs a oil separator, a new O2 sensor is needed and that will fix the problem. They lied and said they would help me then proceeded to rescind their statements after I emailed them a estimate for the repairs and DCT codes. Now, barely 20 days in, I have a lemon.. A car that wont start and a monthly payment to show for it. Had this car got inspected at a reputable dealer, it would have NOT passed. The ride was smooth.. For a brief moment. Rick did try to help me but his manager was rude, apathetic and refused to admit the car had issues. I didnt care of they used their on site mechanic-I just wanted the car fixed. Do NOT but from there. Fair warning. **And I am waiting for the manager to respond to me. I will stand by my words and my paperwork will solidify what im saying as well. I can go back and forth with you about your questionable and shady your business practices are.**

My girlfriend and I went back to Caspian to meet with the owner Elshan about our previous experience. It was well worth the hour long drive because Elshan, the owner, apologized sincerely for any miscommunications and issues from the prior visit. We were happy to get that, not too many dealers want to take time out to do that. Afterwards, my girlfriend let me look around the lot before leaving, her mistake because I purchased another vehicle, 2009 Audi A5 coupe and traded in my 2006 Charger srt8 when I customized fully, myself but it was time to move on. I LOVE THIS CAR. We got awesome financing and interest through NFCU and I am saving thousands compared to what I paid on the Charger. The price is well within Fair market value after doing research. You can try to get financing through Caspian if your credit is less than perfect but always try your own banks/credit unions first. They worked with us diligently and we were on our way in our second Audi purchased from Caspian! I want to thank Caspian for changing our experience and all the help! Highly recommended

I purchased a 2012 Toyota hybrid XLE from Caspian Auto Motors Stafford location, and I must say my agent Tony** was absolutely amazing. He was able to help walk me step by step through the process of getting a new car within my budget. He was so patient with me while I got everything together, even the down payment I was needing. He helped me understand how lenders work, how car values and such work and what would be best for my credit and approval process. He followed up and responded immediately to every request I was working on to get me approved. He treated me and my family so kind!!! Tina in the business center did a fantastic job of going over my paperwork. Needless to say I am able to give my previous 2000 Mercedes benz S600 V12 gas guzzler up for sale ultimately iwas able to drive away in a awesome new gas efficient FULL SIZE HYBRID !!! car that I am paying towards ownership now! This location was very professional and I am so happy with my decision to purchase from them! TONY DESERVES ANOTHER STAR AWARD ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!!!
