They will tell you they need a credit card number before they pull your part and hold it. Then they will tell you they damaged the part when trying to pull it. Even though they really pulled it and sold it before you could get it. But what more do you expect, coming from the city of bountiful. The are just a mini Ogden. Shady. Not too mention all the 5 star reviews were written by their employees.

Just called them to order a part and they refused to sell to my car dealership because I am located in Florida. I was very curious so I asked why they cannot sell to my dealership in Florida and they said, because we had someone order a part with a bad credit card and they were from Florida.

I have always been able to get the correct part when going with them. They did make a mistake and tell me that a part i was looking for was in, when i got there they found out they were wrong and they upgraded the part grade i was looking for at no extra cost. Awesome help from these guys.

have been going to south bountiful for years, they are the most helpful people. if they dont have the part you are looking for they always let you know if it is at a different wrecking yard. i will be using them until i get too lazy to work on my own cars.

terrible service!!!......You call for a part and they say they have it but when you get there and its a lie!!! I will not be using this place ever again for used parts. terrible service and they are liars!!! Stay away from these clowns.

I got fully ripped off by these guys! Bought a defective part (no biggie, happens with used parts) Management was no help, had all the excuses in the book and wouldnt refund the part. Crooks all the way!!! Buyer Be Ware!!
