Bad service in general. Gave me the wrong part. Asked them to measure the part(u-joint cap) I was buying before I left and they lied about the measurements because they didnt seem to want to take the time to do anything.When I brought the remaining one back, since the first one was ruined, I was told they didnt have the right part and that it was obsolete when I found it on the web. They said I could wait 5 more days for the right part. Wish I could give them a fraction of a star..........

Last Sunday I went to this NAPA store to get a new battery because my NAPA battery was under warranty and the young man that helped me told me I would first have to go get my alternator checked out before they could exchange the battery. I took my car to a reputable garage today and they said there was nothing wrong with my alternator and I just needed a new battery. If I didnt already know other reputable NAPA dealers I would not by another NAPA battery.

I walked in at about 6:45pm, and the only employee who was there to "help" just looked at me with a very unfriendly face. When I approached him, he said with a rude tone of voice, "What do you need?" I did not feel welcomed at all. They need to hire people with customer service skills. I will not go back to this store.

As long as you have a little patience you will respect so in customer service here at this location and I recently moved to the area and these guys are awesome they are very knowledgeable and they help you out I definitely recommend this place over the competitors around the area!
