This was a horrible experience. I asked someone to help me look for coolant and he asked me what my mileage was and when I stepped out to look he was gone. Couldnt be bothered to stay in the same spot for 5 seconds. Then when I finally found someone else to help me and ring me up, I couldnt find anyone to help me put it in my car. I had to go back in three times before I could find someone to help me hold up my hood so i could put it in myself. Unless you know about cars I wouldnt go there asking for help. It was like pulling nails to get any there.

Sales associate, Keith K. was so helpful. He was patient answering my questions, checking my transmission fuild, and getting my back lights right on my car. I walked away feeling like my daughter would be safe driving her car because hed showed me what I needed. Auto zone you have an awesome employee. Thank you, I will be a returning customer.

Poopy Store Why you ask? The rep would not allow me to return a new throttle body with the receipt. He claimed Autozone does not stock the item. I had to drive to the hub store on 43rd and cactus to do the return The rep at 67th and Peoria also was smelling the throttle body as if he was going to consume it

Failed emissions and brought my car here - Keith quickly took a look at my car and found the blown fuses needed to provide voltage to the OBD Connector. A quick 5 minutes and Keith has helped me to pass emissions - best associate in that store!
