I was on a trip and had issues with my bike. I turned it around and limped it back to Workman s as it was the closest HD dealer. I got there before 0900hrs so they were not open, but two employees were outside waiting to begin their workday and asked what I needed. I told them and one of them said he would help me out even though they were not open yet. This gentleman advised me he did not work on bikes anymore and therefore had to change his shirt which he did. Long story short, he had me fixed up after pulling a piece of rubber out of the main jet of my carb. I asked him what I owed them and he stuck out his hand, shook mine, and said he owned the place and I didnt owe a thing and sent me on my way. I didnt think people did stuff like that anymore. I would recommend them to anyone. Officer Brechon, Byron, Illinois if you need any further information about Workmans ask me.

My brother-in-law purchased a digital oil temp gauge from their clarance table only to find it did not work at all. 50% off something that dont work at all is no bargian. We live far from there and they said to mail it back they would send it to Harley for repair. He did at his expense and it could not be repaired. He was told to come in for a refund. We drove over 75 miles again to get there. Only to be told No refunds or store credit on clearance items. (THEY KNEW ALL ALONG IT WAS CLEARANCE!!!) I understand no refunds on clearance but when the item dont work at all that is just not right. THERE ARE WAY BETTER HARLEY DEALERS OUT THERE. SPEND YOUR MONEY IN A SHOP THAT HAS A LITTE INTEGRITY.

I was looking for a CVO Breakout at a price that wasnt marked up. Im in Oklahoma and the local shop had theirs marked up 11K. I found the Workman family shop and bought the bike at MSRP. My wife and I headed up there to accept delivery and it went very smooth and they surprised us both by gifting a jacket to both my wife and I for making the trip north to do business with them. You dont see that often enough, a business treating a customer like a good friend. I havent dealt with their service folks but they sure made us feel at home.

Great shop still mom and pop shop only been there 3times and its mom and pop of the dealer selling you ur bike not a sales representative......... its Jane and Vern running the day to day operations and thats awesome. This is more then i can say for other useless dealerships. Mom and pop shops they will treat you good not like ur a cash cow they understand theyve been there and R still there for your riding or customer service

I would rate their service horrible. I took my bike there for repairs and in the 2 months that it was there the dragged their feet the whole time ordering the wrong parts and not fixing the things they said they did. They also wanted the insurance checks before repairs were even completed I will never go back again and would drive the extra mile to go somewhere else.

Ive been to Workmans in the past for parts/service and I have always gotten great service. Went there last week searching for a newer Eletra glide, and I found a great bike well within budget. Most of all, their customer service is out standing. Buying a bike at Workmans is like joining the family.

We have always had our Harley serviced at Workmans and been very happy with the work. However they do not except Harley Gift Cards, quite a disappointment when we went to pay the $500.00 bill. If you have a Harley Gift Card beware.

Called for an obsolete part and they said they had it. Drove 2 hours on a Sunday to get out there and it was mismarked, wrong part. They didnt have what they claimed to have. Complete waste of time
