I usually shop Kroger, just not this location any more since we moved. Today I got a reminder as to why I was going across town to shop at WinCo. First check out lane we stopped at the cashier was extremely rude & hateful when snapping at us with "this is a express lane"!!!! O.K. my bad the Kroger near where we live now has express lanes and self checkout on the ends of the row of cashier lanes, I forgot, it happens, besides one would think it would be marked Express Lane at eye level not in fine print under the Lane Number! So if you are standing at the end of the stand you CANT see it unless you are 10 foot tall! So off to the next cashier lane we go. We had been. In line for 3-4 minutes when the customer in front of us turned around and said "The cashier has been M.I.A. for almost 15 minutes now!" I could see why he had not moved to a different lane as he had the belt Full & piled up as high as he could have plus a few more items in his basket. So off we go to the 3 check out stand. Third times a charm right???? NOT! Once we got the chance we started piling up the basket full we had on to the check stand belt. Looked up and realized the last customer and the cashier were both gone. About 5 minutes goes by and they finally return from going to r.egister 1 for cigarettes. Finally it was our turn! With the groceries stacking up at the end of the register stand we realized theres NO ONE to bag them so me and my husband jumped in and started bagging our own groceries! With the money I save shopping at WinCo I dont mind bagging my own groceries. But the only thing I feel like was saved on this trip to buy groceries at Kroger was to their benefit! Next week I will be back at WinCo shopping!

Went to the Kroger on Denton Highway (by the Post Office) to pick up a couple of items. Went to the 15 or less checkout .. one person in front of me .. and Rebecca (with attitude and tone) told me there were other registers that would check me out. Seriously!!??? When I looked back at her, she pointed to other registers. If I didnt need the items, I would have left the cart and walked out. A young man monitoring customers in line and available registers told me he was opening register 5 and he would be happy to check me out. I told him the rude person at register 1 told me to go to register 6 or 7. He shook his head and said "Please let me take care of you." He also mentioned others had complained about Rebecca. Obviously customer service is not her forte. Thank you Treymane for being so polite when you checked me out. And thank you Thomas for sacking my groceries.

The new girl ALYSSA is extremely rude! The only person I have encountered in 5 years of shopping at this Krogers that has treated my family or me in an unprofessional manner. My sister and I were checking out on Labor Day, and she hadnt even began to check us out, and she asks (rudely) to see our ids. My sister and I are 22 and 30. As she continues to check us out, she is continuely yells at the bagger for bagging wrong and stops everything to make him rebag our items which were bagged fine! She no doubt imbarrassed the bagger who was simply doing his job, and unlike herself. Thanks for the poor service Alyssa, I hope you dont keep this job, because I certianly dont look forward to enountering you again.

This store is nasty. I have complained for 2 weeks that the end beer cooler does not work beer extremely hot still has not been fixed. Need to use the restroom has no lights had to prop door open to see. Several out of date items brought to managers attention came back the next day items are still on the shelf. Kroger really needs to major over haul this place instead of trying to give it a little facelift.

This is probably the oldest Kroger (and grocery store) for miles. Because of that the parking lot/stock room/floor/restrooms are not really up to modern standards (looks nasty). I absolutely HATE the remodeled entrance/exit of this store. Service is far better than it ever has been and dispite the length of the lines, they move pretty well.

Great place to grocery shop. Love John (cashier). Fun guy to enjoy talking to while checking out. Only pet peeve i have on Monday mornings dairy is completely empty. No milk eggs some biscuits not even egg white carton i use. Have to go other places to get my products. But i mainly dtick to Krogers. Still best place for me.

Its one of the only grocery stores close to my house. I like the low sales prices but the dont always have the products that I prefer. I usually have to settle for second best or second choice products that I really dont want to purchase. I really wished they would have a larger selection to choose from.

incredibly helpful. always doing everything they can to make sure you get the best service possible. Despite the people above me complaining, the store is clean. the people are nice and helpful. VERY cheap gas. 70 cents off per gallon if you shop enough.

The prices of foods and sales are very reasonable makeing it affordable to live by very convenient from home gas station right on spot way to take care of two in one stop with the discount gas card for just shopping at kroger my favorite grocery store

I shop there alot, Alone with gas points, up to 20 cents a gallon knocked ( especially if you fill out their survey), u get Kroger coupons in the mail free stuff. l just got a 24 count bottled and Ocean Spray juice for free.

The produce is always high quality, the employees are very kind, and theres usually a great selection. If they only had frozen shrimp that werent freezer burned, then I wouldnt have to go to the seafood market on Beach st.

Recently remodeled grocery store. Most of the staff are nice and friendly, except for one manager who insisted on "counseling" one of her clerks, in front of customers, because she wasnt wearing the right color shoes.

This is an absolutely disgusting grocery store. There was a bird loose in the store for years, and it wasnt unusual to see damaged merchandise and bird droppings on produce. Nasty, nasty store. A must avoid.

They never have a very good selection. I have to go to other Krogers to get half of my groceries. It is very old as far as Krogers go. It is long overdue to be upgraded like the other stores.

A small and older Kroger but lines are fast and staff are always super nice and friendly. Quick in and out. Love the gas pump always or almost 10 cents cheaper than the rest of town.

This store is at times kind of crazy. The prices are the same as other Krogers, but the selection can be lacking, especially in fresh goods such as produce, meat and bakery.
