Very disappointed. Ordered bedroom set, sofa, and recliner. Wanted to check out other mattresses before I committed to the ones they offered. Came back a few days later and ordered one. Took delivery a week later but found that the model bed I needed required box springs. The floor model sleigh bed did not require box springs but the panel version, that I ordered & was not on display, did. Called and was told that I could no longer get the box springs free of charge because I didnt order them when I ordered the mattress so the free boxspring promo could not be applied. They wanted $360(?) for the box spring. I ended up purchasing it from Mattress Firm who, although I didnt buy the mattress from them, also gave me 20% off. So I only paid $200 for the box spring. I cancelled the backordered sofa & recliner with Ashley and they didnt seem to care to lose the business. I wont do business there again.

Man they got some real idiots working at Ashely. I ordered a couch and two patio chairs with cushions. First they sent the wrong color couch. Then they sent the two patio chairs without cushions. They said the cushions were on backorder but when I ordered them they were in stock. And one of the chairs was missing a footing. They sent me replacement footings twice now but both times they delivered them they were the wrong size. Im still waiting to hear from them about the footing for my chair but overall their service has been horrible. The furniture is nice and prices are decent but they do not know how to set up orders and deliver them. If you deal with them expect mediocre service.

The new Vero Beach store is lovely and much larger than anticipated. I recently purchased a bedroom armoire and Don, my sales associate, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I also had a warranty issue with a mattress I had purchased seven months ago at their Stuart store. I worked with Keith, the General Manager, who was determined to make the experience a positive one. They stopped making the mattress I had so I had to choose another one that was comparable. Unfortunately that mattress was defective so I returned to the store to get another! Keith showed such patience and professionalism and I thank him for that. Im really enjoying my new mattress!

Recently worked with Donald and Brandon at Vero to purchase some furniture for a condo. Initially, we worked over the phone to arrange purchase and delivery from out of state with a tight time window. Ashleys prices were competitive with online options. I can tell you that the delivery and customer service was so much better and easier to deal with than online competitors. I had a small glitch with delivery but that was resolved quickly. Donald again helped me in the store to purchase some last-minute pieces and was very accommodating. I will purchase from Ashley in the future.

This store had some nice pieces. The furniture sets were very inexpensive, they have a very large selection. I was not to pleased with the staff here. They were not friendly and stared at us like prey (lol) the whole time we were in there. We were upfront to say we were just browsing because we saw it was their grand opening and just wanted to check it out, after that they turned icey towards us.

Had a wonderful and smooth experience working with Donald. My wife and I were able to shop without having a constant hovering salesperson which usual make it uncomfortable and we get discouraged. But Donald was extremely helpful while still managing to keep our shopping experience enjoyable. We will definitely be back to purchase more furniture!

Just recently moved to Vero Beach and didnt have any furniture for my home whatsoever. Came in and Robert was so much help and very pleasant to work with! He made sure I left satisfied, even though I returned 5 minutes later to furnish a different room, he still treated me the same as he did the first time. Already have recommended this store!

Once in awhile, the staff are friendly. If youre certain that you want to buy, the staff are extremely friendly! They have a very excellent selection of both Ashley and City Furniture items. Huge showroom, great atmosphere. Poor signage from 20th St but just remember they are next door to the unfriendly, uninviting Rooms 2 Go.

Carolyn Mahoney was very helpful in the process of getting my new furniture. She went out of her way to make sure that I got the furniture set I desired. I was approved for a good credit limit but she called and got me more money to make sure I didnt have to come out of my pocket for more than I wanted to.
