Let me first mention i am from Southbend indiana the drivetime on grape and Edison road did not help me with the best customer service skills but the salesman named James from Southbend was good to me Saturday 31st but when I went back 11 2 15 he was not their but the manager Robin was not truthful and honest with me and her skills were not good. I drove to Highland Indiana and the manager Scott was kind to me great customer service skills and love for all customers he greeted me at the door and throughout the entire transaction he was there to offer advice and counsel. Greg Stepphelped me he explained everything and he never gave up. Gregs service skills as a closer are awesome I am happy he was working and his kindness and consistency is extraordinary I am happy he works at drivetime great personality. Sammy Sales should be a manager because his customer service skills exceed anyone else I have ever met. He never gave up on the deal he encouraged me told me the truth very informative a kind and gentle person professionalism at its best is who he is. He spoke to me with confidence and did everything he could to work with me. He has the skills and walks in the authority of a born leader clones Sammy Sales because the world needs more professional people just like Sammy. I love drivetime in Highland IN but Southbend indiana has horrible sales experience Robin has poor people skills completely wrong. Scott Greg and Sammy are an awesome team but again Sammy should be promoted ASAP. I love drivetime Highland Indiana Barbara Hatcher

I applied online on a Tuesday and was driving on Wednesday. I am pleased that everything from the application to sales practices were as advertised. I am very skeptical of dealerships and Im always watching for tricks. There were none. Toyah was very patient and answered all of my questions. I drove 4 vehicles and did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. I was on a time frame that day and Toyah and the fincance gentleman ( I think his name was James) got me out of there within two hours of my arrival. I was concerned about my credit but as advertised, my credit was not the deciding factor for the the loan. My pay was. The down payment was more than reasonable and less than I had planned for. Awsome!!! I cant remeber the finace gentlemans name (James I think), but he was great also. No surprises, everything was as stated. I got a car fax, warranty,recall info and feel secure in my purchase. The quality of the cars is very good and I had to control myself for not trying to use the entire amount I was approved for. 5 Stars all day Long!!!!!!!!

3/29/2016 Update: After being treated so well & being suspicious about the deals & claims I seen in commercials I was happy to find that this place is actually great. I was happy with the service we received UNTIL we had a question about the plates & when we returned to this place the kindness & attentiveness of Conner was gone! He seemed standoff ish & hes face fell when he seen us. He wasnt as helpful. I can say that returning I didnt like the treatment we got not one bit. Although at time of purchasing the car they were awesome, I feel as a customer that, that level of professionalism & helpfulness should remain at the same standard like before we got the car. Im really upset about how we were treated the 2nd time we were there & to he honest that has really put us off. Not sure how I can recommend this place. 2/17/2016My friend Robert got a car today from this place. They were awesome & extremely friendly. Conner helped him & he walked away with a car with only $500 down. If you need a car come in & see them!

I never write reviews, BUT my experience at Drive Time was AMAZING!!! Connor is an exceptional salesman and really quite funny. His manager Greg was very friendly and helpful as well. I honestly could NOT STOP SMILING the entire time! Everyone knows how nerve wrecking buying a vehicle can be, but this was completely painless, I had FUN purchasing a vehicle I wouldve NEVER thought Id say that after my past experiences, but its the TRUTH! I brought my 2 year old and Connor made him apart of the experience as well. The entire staff was very helpful, respectful, and a joy to purchase from!

I just had a great experience with Connor Doll at DriveTime in Highland Indiana. Throughout the entire process he was available and answered all my concerns. As a matter of fact he took care of little things like making sure my two year daughter was comfortable. Thats what I call great customer service. At the end of the process I had to work with Larry. He too was just as attentive as Connor. Those guys have a great team over there and I am smiling while driving my new wheels.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. My sales advisor was Connor and he was marvelous, I had went to several car dealers everyone told me no because of my credit. I then wasted my money in car rentals until I was on Craigs list and found this place. Connor got me into a car the same day and I chose the car I wanted with smaller down payment then the other dealers was asking. I will recommend drive time for credit issues or low down payments. Great company.

I must say this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Milan greeted me at the door with a nice friendly smile, not the kind you get from other salesman thats just out to get your money. Milan made the process very easy and quick. The car I wanted was not even in the same state but he got right on it..... And Im driving off in my new car the same day. Thanks Milan, now my "Big" purse has a safe place to ride! ☺
