I called inquiring about a part and spoke to Lance. Just based of the brief phone call we had I know I would feel comfortable doing business with this company. Most folks try to talk you into junk parts and jack the price up to take advantage. Not only did he check his inventory, but other locations as well. He even was taken aback by some of the prices people had listed and never once tried to haggle me into spending more for those parts. I appreciate good honest people and absolutely wish we could have been able to do business with this company!

Do not waste your time going to this place. We just waited 2 hours for a part, thats right 2 hours and guess what happened? The guy pulled only half of the part, which breaks the part and makes it unusable. Then he wants to go back and get the other piece. This place is an absolute joke. All the employees are walking around like they dont know what to do and dont really care how long youve been waiting, taking their sweet time. Go somewhere else and do not waste your time.

I called in ahead of time, told them to have everything pulled, got less than thirty minutes away and let them know I might be a little behind, the salesman was a jerk, treated me horribly, failed to inform me that I need to pay before they pull the parts, and wasted my time, money, and overall treated me HORRIBLY without informing me on what to do. Would NEVER use this place, horrible company. Period.

I am a shop owner and I ordered a used part from Lance and was promised that The part would be delivered. No Show! No Call! No Nothing! I call to follow up on delivery status and was told that they didnt have part. I was then called back by Phil and was told that I shouldnn have taken the car apart!

Those guys are my best on prices ! Quality ! They will ask you the right questions to figure your vehicle, be specific and they will give you good help. I havent gave any part store review but now I feel like I really want to recommend this as one of the best used auto part store.

Called to ask about a part and they said no and just hung up. Their website says they have access to over 1600 centers, but didnt want to take the time even look it up. This was very rude, I guess since I am not an insurance company they dont care about what I need.

They dont give the "Best offer" on selling your vehicle. Especially their customer service sux. I called them and the Guy on the line seem like tired of receiving phone calls. Go elsewhere to get decent service, because youll get none here.

Was charged $70 for throttle body, same part goes for $40 on Craigs . They do at least offer warranty but at almost twice the cost.
