They have their own rules. Me and my brother-in-law stoppedto get some cigars once we got to check out they ID him his 20 so legally he can buy tabaco. Well cashier told him he had to be 21 to buy cigars. I explained that he is 20 he legally can. She got a manager and he said the same thing. Well since were shopping together I couldnt buy cigars either (im 25) because hes under 21. We were going to buy over $100 worth of cigars. So mom and pop store down the road got the sale. I asked the manager so theirs at least two people inhere with kids you might as well tell them they cant buy alcohol because the kids are under 21. He said thats different. Never ever buy from this company again.

Plenty of liquor, wine, and beer to choose from. I cant say how fresh the beer is and how often they replace older beer from here because I get mine elsewhere. However, they have a great selection of wine and spirits which is my main reason for going here!! If you are unable to find a wine you are looking for, ask for assistance ... their sommelier was able to recommend an alternative to Silver Oak Napa Valley which they did not have in stock, which was a perfect choice and met my expectations! Im glad they opened this store in Brandon which saves me the trip of driving into Tampa for this kind of selection!

My husband and I have been awaiting the grand opening of this place for a while now and can I say how happy we are to have a Total Wine here in our neighborhood. Its like a toy store for adults! They have such a huge selection of beers that are both local and imported. They even have kegs available in house. They have everything you need beers, wine, champagne, liquor in all sizes. They have the cheaper and high end stuff. The staff is super helpful. They even offer classes there to teach you how to mix special drinks. Go there and you will be in there for a while. You wont be disappointed!!

Needed a bottle of wine so I decided to stop by this new store. It is the size of a Walmart inside. Amazing selection of wine, beer, alcohol. So much wine to choose from, it was almost overwhelming. It was Sunday, with lots of people in the store. There seemed to only be 2 or 3 sales guys on the floor. Friend told me they had 8 sales people trying to help them on weekday. Probably better to come back during the week. Still, I am happy with the incredible selection and took home 4 bottles of wine that seemed promissing plus a gift for son-in-law.

I love this place. The corollary to kid in a candy store is me in this Total Wine & More. Fantastic number of choices from very inexpensive to pricey Scotch or Brandy. Its hard to get past the museum effect looking at every conceivable Tequila, Rum, beer, wine. Some beer is slightly higher, but it is always in stock. Nothing sucks more than turning the corner in the grocery store only to find out that every single Pilsner is gone.

Went in with my wife and I was buying wine and such. She didnt have her ID, which they say is Florida law. Still looking for that. The person on the phone said anyone with in ID range has to be ID. The manager in the store stated anyone under 21 cant be in there. The sign says under 21 can be with a guardian. So fine, went back to buy the stuff with my wife and her ID. Did not even get IDd!!!! My wife was not amused

Why do i always get the lazy cashiers , i love the diferent type of options you get, a lot!!! But the cashiers never call you over, they look at you, never say hello, rude, always talking to other cashiers about their lives, i go to the on on dale mabry and they always have a smile on their face (cashiers) and always willimg to help you..... love this place but something has to be done with the cashiers ...

Huge playland of adult beverages.WILL make you want to take your phone out and take pictures if you have never been there... Keep it classy...The only reason its betting docked a star is because of the surprisingly (like worse than some gas stations) limited amount of cold beer available. There is warm beer from all over the world and a lot of it... But the fridge would fit in my dorm room in college.

Had never heard of this store before, so decided to check it out. Loved it! Abundant selection of everything, from the mini bottles to jugs. There was even a tasting area in the middle of the store. Employees were friendly and helpful. We left with far more than we expected! Would definitely shop at another Total Wine & More store

Fantastic selection with great prices. I love to mix and match and there are hundreds of individual beers to choose from to do so! I like that they have a little info on each beers origin and flavor range too.
