bid on a car, won it then was told the seller rejected my bid and i had to pay more, complained to the better business bureau and was told I was refunded my membership fee and banned for life from ever registering again, so I called buyer services and spoke to jacki cygan and she told me basically that I made them look bad by complaining to bbb so i was banned, she didnt want to hear any explanation, no matter the mistakes her company made basically i shouldnt have complained to the bbb, so i was banned for life and thats just it, smh

Dishonest . When they take pictures for online bidders , they take it in a deferent angel to hide the actual damages. I dont know why are they doing this to make more money for the insurance company or to get a higher profit percentage.
