We went to this place with cash in hand and told them we WE ARE DEFINITELY going to buy a car and that they had several vehicles that we wanted to look at that we had seen on their website. 2 of them did not start, 1 ran out of gas as we were getting ready to drive it, we were given the wrong keys twice, one of the vehicles that we had seen on the website must have grown legs and walked away because no one there had any idea what happened to it. One of the vehicles had a fair amount of moisture inside it on the windows and the windshield and we were told that was because it "was getting cooler outside". I sat in the passenger seat of the vehicle and as I put my foot on the floor or the vehicle, I heard a loud "squish" sound. I had stepped in a puddle. Yes...a puddle in the front seat of the car on the floorboard. So, after striking out on several vehicles that were posted online that had zero indication of any issues (other than normal wear and tear), we began to look at some of the inventory there. We found a vehicle that we liked. It was stuck behind about 4 cars that would need to be moved in order to test drive it. At this point the dealership closed in about 15 minutes. We were then asked by the salesman if we could come back on Sunday to see the car. We agreed to that as we were very interested in this car (it was clean and taken care of and did not have any electrical issues or things lighting up when we turned it on). Although, this one ALSO ran out of gas as I was under the hood of the car checking out the engine. Sunday was agreed upon when the salesman said that Sunday would not work and could we come back on Monday. (now at this point we have expressed to the salesman we need something ASAP and we pretty much had the weekend to find something and that we HAVE CASH TO SPEND AND WE WILL BE BUYING A CAR FOR SURE!!!!) We asked why we could not come back on Sunday and explained that both of us were off of work and that was a perfect day for us to return. The salesman told us that it was because he did not have a lot tech and therefore no one could move the cars to get the one that we wanted to test drive out. We then asked him if we could come a little bit later in the afternoon and that would give him some more time to get the car out so that we could test drive it. He then told us that was not possible because there was no lot tech. This is insane to me!! If you know that customers are 100% sure that they are going to buy a car why would you not do everything in your power to make it happen??? We understand having to wrap up on Saturday because their day was ending but there was another salesman sitting and leaning against a car smoking and talking to a mechanic...have they ever heard of teamwork? Overall, this dealership is a joke. They will straight up tell you that they are a wholesale car lot so they are okay with the issues and mediocrity (when the one car died and had to be jumped and then ran out of gas, the salesman told us "welcome to a wholesale car lot" and laughed. It is sad that they will not strive for anything better. Buyer beware. Their prices on the internet are "cash only" prices also. So if you are financing be prepared to pay a significant amount more. (ie: a vehicle there was marked $11,300 and out of curiosity I asked about the finance price on it and it was $19,000 out the door. I was never really great at math but my 8 year old could tell you that is a huge difference and an outright lie.

What a bunch of crooks. I actually feel bad for our sales guy as he was pretty nice. My wife and I and our two kids made a two hour trip to purchase a vehicle from them. We were told the car was in excellent condition. No body damage, no mechanical issues and no check engine or warning lights. We spent three days talking via the phone and going through their credit department ahead of time. When we arrived the car was in terrible shape. Terrible body work on the front bumper and fenders. Over spray all over bumper, fenders and grill. Side skirt broken and has a large gap from separating from the body of the car. Interior is missing pieces and dirty. A Baggie full of condoms in the back seat ( great for my 6 year old to find). Upon driving it brake light malfunction on, tire pressure sensor on. During test drive you could tell the driveshaft was worn and it vibrated terrible ( common on BMW 535s). Its shuddered during acceleration. The sales price reflected it was going to have issues and since I have a garage and build cars I wasnt completely turned off. Regardless of the cars issues I sat down to go over financing. Sales price was $6,999. I was going to put $2,000 down and finance the rest 5,480 after taxes and doc. They print off buyers order and raise price to 9845. This is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. I called them out on it and they tried to call me a liar. My friend who runs a district for auto loans was put on speaker phone and he told them what they did was illegal. They also tried to tell me I have to purchase gap insurance, also illegal. I left the dealer for about 15 mins and went back in to discuss calmly and see if there was anything we could do because at this point I wasted 6 hours. They ended up refusing to sell me the car because they know if they did they would be getting sued. They were busted. I cannot imagine how often they do this. I took pictures of everything and took all printed off papers. Little do they know Im connected to the state attorney general. They will be reported and investigated in Monday. I would strongly recommend to all potential shoppers to find a new dealership. There are plenty of cars out there do not do business with these guys. It will cost you thousands in the long run.

I traveled 1.5 hours because of a car that I was interested in. As a college student who travels out of state, I needed something reliable. Online the car details said that it was clean with no problems so I was interested. As soon as I get there to test drive the car, the check engine light comes on. I tell them they need to fix it in order for me to buy it and they take it back and say that it was a previous code that wasnt cleared. Knowing what I know now, they lied straight to my face. I take the car home and within a day realize the car has a misfiring cylinder that needs fixed. After paying a good amount of money to get the car fixed, the check engine light comes on again and the exhaust is shot. I had to pay a lot more money to get that fixed as well. Two more weeks in... I order a new grill to put on the car, I take the front bumper off and realize the whole bumper is LITERALLY taped on and the car had been in an accident. A car that I thought was priced decently and reliable turned out to be the complete opposite and they knew it. Make sure you have the car inspected before purchasing it from this dealership. Its even been 6 weeks now and they still havent gotten the title to me for the car. If you buy a car from here and it seems like a good deal its definitely going to come with some major issues that are just covered up. And of course theyre going to be nice when working with you, they just want your money. Dont let that fool you. Id hope that everyone reads this before trying to even think about purchasing a car from this place.
