So far I have called 3 times and filled out the online form 2 times to acquire a zenius machine for my business. Every time I call there are no business to business reps available. The business to customer reps have literally no information about the 3 models of machines b2b offers. All they offer is to fill out a form. Every time I was assured a call back within 48 hours. This last time I was offered to fill out a form again so I asked to talk to the manager. The manager was pretty unprofessional. I explained to the manager how many times I have been through the process of calling and if he could offer me a better solution. He responded to me with "I dont know what you want me to do" over and over again. Then he said well I dont know what you expect on a Sunday maybe 4 times. I was being more then polite. I said I understand you guys dont deal with this product but if I dont get in touch with someone again after 5 contact attempts what do I do. He says again I dont know what you want me to do. It was just a frustrating call. It just makes me think when I buy this machine how long is it going to take to restock on coffee or request service? What company makes it hard for you to spend your money on them? ( wrote this quickly on my phone dont mind the grammar"

Nespresso Madison Boutique & Café When I am on my way to NYC, almost all the time via Megabus due to their incredible prices, my preliminary thoughts are will I have enough time to visit my favorite café? Located on 761 Madison Avenue, Nespresso Madison Boutique & Café is the most stylish and cool choice for a relaxing time when visiting NYC. Entering the café, I always feel like time stands still, and my trip to Italy, when I was younger, seems to flash my mind. The store is huge by Manhattan standards, dedicating their storefront to an actual seating area and products. It is a truly an exquisite experience whether you want to sit at the bar and speak with your barista or if you want to have an intimate one on one with whomever you choose to take out. The prices are a bit on the pricier side, but for quality it is definitely worth every penny and more to be honest. In life, especially an ever fleeting one, it is important to designate some money for enjoyment. Otherwise, one becomes a robot that is programmed to go to work, watch TV, and sleep. There must be some excitement and inspiration, but always keep a budget to truly enjoy those special moments. I highly recommend anything on their drink menu.

I love the coffee and atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience today at the store on Madison was not positive. When I asked the host for a table to take my conference call and pointed at a table for two in a corner, he told me the woman at the next table was going to have a business meeting which I may find disruptive, I pointed out that I was more worried about disrupting others which is why I preferred to be off in a quiet corner. After ordering two coffees and an orange juice for my conference call and as I sat writing an article, just as I was packing up to leave, the host then approached me and asked whether I wanted to be moved to a spot for one person. If the cafe had been packed, maybe I would have understood why he was making such a request but there were empty tables and I was leaving anyway so the question seemed rude. High end cafes require high end service. Thats not what I received today.

Nespresso is overrated and old. The crowd is nothing but older "foreign" visitors who apparently need their fix from home. Getting past the annoying crowd, the coffee came out barely hot, was so gross and tart! Once my friends and I got past the actual poor taste in the coffee and annoying loud chatter of every language but English, I have the service is what finally killed our chances to ever come back. AWFUL SERVICE. Wannabe wait-staff who did their best to have manners and service the way the UES expects but this was clearly a bunch of kids just serving coffee... Oh well. I like coffee at the Plaza bars and Pennisula soooo much better and am certainly not missing the cool factor skipping on Nespresso either.

I love nespresso! It is some of the tastiest coffee Ive ever had, so when I heard there was café on the UES I had to check it out. The café was a great outing with friends. I loved how clean and pretty everything looked. I will say that the store side of the café is not the friendliest place :/ the associate who was helping me wasnt all that helpful – to be fair I think that’s part of the UES culture. The café portion was a refreshing change. We enjoyed cake macaroons and our coffee drinks. An afternoon experiencing the European life style! My only complaint is they take your water away in an effort to make you leave, even if there is no one waiting.

The Madison avenue Nespresso Boutique combines the worlds of Superior Coffee, Atmosphere and Old World Customer service into a unique experience which is hard if not impossible to find anywhere else. Most notable, is the teamwork and courtesy displayed by everyone from the moment you enter to the second you leave. Its an experience thats so good you really dont want to leave. We enjoyed the experience and Im sure you will too as theres absolutely nothing Not to like!

Though the atmosphere in the boutique successfully captures the feeling of a European cafe, the prices for what is essentially a $.60 pod of espresso are unbelievable. I went in looking for some pods for my machine, and couldnt find them, so considered staying for a drink, until I saw they were charging nearly $7 for a cup of espresso I could make at home for 1/10 the price. Interesting approach and atmosphere, but not worth a drink.

I believe this boutique is a top-dollar, top-quality, and top-service place, meant for Nespresso to show off their machines. As such, I have never had a disappointing experience there. Going their allowed me to explore many different kinds of lattes, all with subtle differences. Paired with their incredible desserts, these coffees can put a smile on your face every time.

Nespresso knows how to treat their customers right. Once you are part of the club and show up to get more pods, they offer you a free cup of coffee and talk you through your coffee selection. I love it there. Also, they recycle the Nespresso pods. It makes me feel much better about having a Nespresso machine.

I love nespresso, and I wait for the monthly specials! I had a bad experience once only with one of the hosts, and I made sure in my subsequent visits to ask for a different host and I clearly explained why... Other than this its one of fav spots for hazelnut dessert and coffee

Im a fan of nespresso coffee so this boutique cafe is a must stop when in NYC. They have a nice dessert menu and small eats that compliment their coffee offerings. The service is also worth complimenting as the wait staff are always eager to make sure your visit is worthwhile.

Very nice Nespresso shop. Always go there to refill for my Nespresso Pixie. I also enjoy the bar where you can sit and enjoy some tasting coffees and pastries. The staff is very friendly with lots of energy. Must be the caffeine...
