So I went to their webpage, found a vehicle, and then clicked on the "get approved" thing.....and that is when my woes started. That was at about 11 in the morning. I waited and I waited and I waited and finally around 515 pm I got a call from the dealer. Well the guy I talked to had no clue whatsoever about the vehicle I was interested in. I told him I filled in all that info on line but he had nothing. So I gave him the VIN and he was still lost. So I gave him the stock number and oila he found the vehicle. Then he tells me that truck was in transit. Its not even on the lot and they are trying to sell it??? His last words to me were, "Ill call you tomorrow morning". Well tomorrow morning came and went....no phone call. Meanwhile though on that day I went and did the trade in value thing they have on the webpage. I got the info and then I waited for the salesman to call. That call never came. I did get a call from someone else though, unrelated to the dealer. She was wanting to know if the dealer called me and when I said no she then wanted to know what kind of vehicle I wanted and what I was looking for in the vehicle. I told her look are you with Rockie Williams and she said no. I told her then dont bother me but if you have anything to do with this dealer you can tell them that unless they contact me soon I will go elsewhere. Well that afternoon I received an email from someone that had obviously looked at my trade in report. So here we go again.....but Ive decided that if this dealership is this inept and cant even handle a $46000 vehicle sale then it cant be good down the road. I have gone with another dealership and I only have good things to say about them. This dealership though is the opposite....and the ONLY reason I gave them 1 star is because they dont give the option to give NEGATIVE stars.

The worst experience in my 40 yrs of being on earth. The new facility is so neat but when a customer has to call back week after week to get an answer of the service parts due to him under warranty that is alarm to find out how this can happen. They spent thousands on the fish tank and LED lighting but cannot get customer service in order. The older man in the service department was verbally rude to the kind female that was the only person out of 5 to say hello to me after entering the building. He deserves a lesson in respect and should be excused from that department. So many errors so I thought after waiting weeks to fix simple issues with a $60,000 vehicle that could be a reason for my feedback that is well deserved as this is not a rant for one person this is over 15 people that failed a customer on this one. Fix the simple issues.....

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee from Rockie Williams Premier dealership in Mt. Juliet. I was very impressed with how easy the process was and how they had finished and out the door within about 45 minutes. I shopped online and after reviewing several available models, I opted for the Cherokee Latitude with several additional features that really make this vehicle a joy to drive. This is a great looking new dealership and the environment is amazing to visit with the aquarium and fireplace in the customer lounge area. I dont think Ive seen an auto dealership quite like this anywhere else. Thanks to your staff and especially Randy Wheeler who took considerable time to explain all of the features on my new Cherokee.

I have never bought a vehicle from a name dealership. I usually buy from CarMax. I found a truck at Rockie Williams and was blown away by the price. It was the exact model type and color that I was looking for!! Not to mention they did real good with giving me a great price on my trade in. My salesperson was Travis Williams and he was absolutely awesome. He answered all my questions and made me feel completely secure and safe about making this important purchase. Even the employees that I did not work with were all very nice as I passed by in greeting me and making me feel at home. I will definitely be looking toward Rockie Williams for my next vehicle purchase!!!

I purchased my Jeep Cherokee at Rockie Williams new location in Mt. Juliet and had one of the most pleasant experiences ever in purchasing a car. Their No Hassle No Haggle low price policy is absolutely the best way to buy a vehicle. Very simply the lowest price on the window and by the way the lowest price in 500 miles for my Jeep. All we had to do is go in and write up the deal. No running back and forth to the sales manager like a trained monkey with a note in its mouth. . . just clean and simple paperwork and we drove home in our new Jeep and I love it. . .

I had a issue with this dealership, and the went out of the way to fix it. When my salesman found out about my issue he went straight to Billy Mullinax one of the regional managers. They corrected the issue and found the exact truck that I wanted for the price and payment I wanted! By far John Wagner is a top notch guy! Mr. Mullinax made truck buying experience pleasant and painless. Service department gets 5 stars! John Wagner my salesman gets 5 stars even if he is a buckeye fan. Go blue, and thanks for finding me a new 2017 dodge ram 1500 I wanted!

Spur of the moment decision to buy a vehicle and it was the BEST decision EVER! The entire car buying process was super quick and painless. My salesman John Wagner took me around on the golf cart and helped me pick out a car. Then when it was time for the finance office, Melissa Bozeman got me the absolute BEST rate! Customer service lies and they cant meet time expectations that they initially set. I brought my Grand Cherokee in for a recall and to plug a tire. I was told two hours and it took four. They were smug when I confronted them. What good is a new facility if your service sucks?
