Not what the ads say! It was like a car salesman trying to get you to buy a vehicle that you dont want. Two pair of standard bifocals for $99.99? I ended up paying $154.99 for one pair! The staff seemed to not give a damn. Dont forget there is a seperate visit to an outside optometrist to get the eye exam! An extra $90. As soon as I brought up the $99.99 special from the radio commercials , I was told, "Were not honoring that this week." The, " glasses usaually within an hour" turned out to be 2 hours and 40 minutes. I drove 45 minutes because this was the closest location. I asked about the free professional adjustment and was told, " they look fine." They still didnt feel right or comfortable. After driving 45 minutes back home, I laid the glasses top side down on the table. The ear peices were not level! The left ear peice was almost 1/4 of an inch higher than the left one. No wonder they would not sit straight on my face. Their commercials are a scam!

This review is specifically for their independent eye doctor. I cant say enough good things. Cheapest eye exam I can remember ever. And for the price, I received outstanding service. The doctor and his staff were personable yet professional. I never felt rushed as I have at other eye doctors. Specifically during the sight test where they are flipping through different lenses. He was patient and made sure we got it right. I havent seen this well in years. At the same time, I it was one of the quickest visits Ive ever had. I may have been there for a half hour. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. And I would be willing to bet you couldnt find either better or more affordable service in the area. Really, call and ask how much an exam will be and then check around. Once you find out you cant do any better, go see them. Youll be glad you did.

Eyemart Express is definitely head and shoulders above the rest. I was expecting a lower quality frame and lens because the prices were so low. But then I saw they had Guess, Flexon and Armani frames that were like $70 lower than other places I went, even the $9.00 value frames were pretty decent considering theyre only $9.00 and the lenses for my prescription were like only $29 more ( which are usually $98 at Wal-mart). They also are the only place that can do my prescription in an hour. All of their frames come with a free 1 year warranty and they offer the same HD lenses that the eye doctors office for $150 less! The staff was very friendly and greeted me at the door and what I noticed the most is that the sales people seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I would highly recommend Eyemart Express--they are awesome!

From the very begining I had nothing but good things to say about this location. The staff was/is very cordial, helpful and patient. After almost a year there was a slight hiccup which was resolved immediately. Thanks Joel, thanks Amy....you are the BEST. The consideration you have for your customers and their situations are beyond words. I loved the curbside service I received due to a broken leg. This is the type of customer service all businesses should pattern themselves after.

great service and unbeatable prices. We drive from Raleigh to Eyemart in Rocky Mount for their prices and service. Usually new glasses in about an hour. Broken frames repaired/replaced within minutes. My daughter and husband got 2 new pair each (4 total) for less than $500.00. Well worth the 45min. drive each way...

I really liked Eyemart Express because of how quick and efficient the associates are in processing your glasses/frames. I would suggest that when you walk in you are sure to sign in, or you will continue to be skipped regardless of how long you have been waiting for help. I received my new glasses within a hour, the same time the associate said my frames would be ready!!

Wonderfully patient & courteous service! Glenda & Amy go above and beyond to meet your needs!! 2 sets of glasses were ready in 14 minutes & I was able to pick them up really before I got out of the parking lot! Will definitely continue going back & recommending them to everyone I see!

I love this place....wonderful place to get eyeglasses.....My eyeglasses where broken by my puppy and I couldnt see for months until yesterday....From the physician to my glasses was a wonderful experience....I am bringing my son and my mother in law in the next couple of weeks.

My daughter tried on several pairs of glasses for making a selection. The sales associate helped narrow down her choices and took our order. We did all of this and PLUS her 2 PAIRS of glasses were ready all within an hour!!! We.never left the store! Excellent experience!

My eye doctors office wanted $162.00 for one pair of glasses and that was at a 20% discount. I paid Eyemart $149 for two pairs and one pair were sunglasses❤️ I have a complicated prescription, otherwise it would have been far less!
