Its a shame that this is one of the only places in maplewood to go for games anymore. The staff their is consistently, short tempered, agitated condescending and rude, let alone not vary helpfull. If you have questions about something they act like you should know the answer and give you a look like "wtf is wrong with you". They absolutely give the impression that their time is waisted if helping any one but them self. I really wish that their was another option for purchasing games in maplewood.

It was convenient for distance and thats all I could say. I understand they encourage pre-orders but to have a game I was interested in and not give me details on unlockables OR tell me that theres no other way to get the items without a pre-order, thats terrible and I will never shop at this GameStop again. Employees werent knowledgeable with their product and the result is the loss of this customer

Went in today, 4-26-2015 ,with a lot of random consoles, games and cords to trade in for a PS4. Alex was our cashier, he was absolutely wonderful the entire transaction. We were there for a bit, which is understandable considering all we had brought in (a box full and two tote bags), we really enjoyed our experience. We will be shopping here again!

I brought my Xbox One in to sell and the gentleman behind the counter tells me my HDMI video output doesnt work. Surprised because it worked just fine before I brought it in. I took it back home rechecked, works just fine. the gentleman had the tv on the wrong HDMI input.

Went to go grab me a new xbox, as I was being checked out I forgot to buy an online membership. I told the cashier to ring it up as well and he gave me attitude since he had to check me out again. Very displeased with the customer service.

This GameStop (Maplewood) is by far the best place for advice in the Twin Cities. Its a fun and friendly environment. "Index fingers pointing (with both hands, back an forth) at the guy with the beard." They are #1 in my book.

This is probably the most tolerable gamestop I can go to. The staff are actually helpful here. I still wouldnt recommend giving this corporation any business. There is a game store across the street Id recommend.

Gamestop is a tome hole, waited in line for 15 minutes becuase they had one person on the register and the most ridiculous trade-in system that takes forever! Honeatly go if you have too but try not too.

I Love gamestop in general, great service with returns (returned an Xbox one with a faulty kinect no hassle). Most of the time the employees are knowledgeable and have great recommendations on games.
