I initially went down there after I was told on the phone that they could get me into the Crew Cab F150 that they had on the lot. After I got down there, they told me they couldnt get me into the vehicle, but perhaps had something else they could get me into. They pulled up with a 2007 Acadia. I thought..wow...not a bad looking car. Mileage was pretty decent and I was willing to deal with the jacked up wiring to the sound system that was in place. What I didnt take into account was the 50/50 repair costs. I bought the vehicle back in July 2013..I asked for Maintenance records, never received them...I was told they changed the brakes...hmm..ok. A month after purchase...the transmission completely died. I live over an hour away from the lot, and we were 2 hours from the lot when it died. They expected me to pay to have it towed, and have it repaired, then they would cover 50% of the repair costs (this was after a conversation on the phone the day the transmission broke down with one of their reps where he told me that if I posted anything about my experience that they would sue me for slander or something like that). Since August 2013, I have had to replace the brake pads in the front (they used cheap semi metallic brakes that constantly squealed). Just this past weekend, I had to completely change the rear brake pads and rotors. The rotors looked like they were the original ones from the car (they were warped and the pads had been on there so long that they had rusted around the caliper piston through the anti squeal plate). I have the rotors and front and rear pads...I will be posting pictures of these sometime soon. I will NEVER buy a car there again...nor will I ever recommend anyone do so. Just an additional note I only received 1 key and I had to do some repairs to the speaker system (which was not the original bose speakers they let you believe are still in there).

These is the wort place where you can buy a car, i bought my car and the next day that i call the to let them know that the windshield was crack they told me that i had to pay half of the cost, i need to replace it so that it can pass inpection in the state of Maryland, i end up paying half of the windshiel, then my car shut off on my on the road and i call them and they said that i have to tow it to them, and that the towing was not there promblem, so i ended up paying 300 dollars of towing, THEY SAID THAT THEY REPLACE PARTS ON MY TRUCK AND THEY NEVER DID, SO NOW I HAVE PUT MORE THAN ONE THOUSAND AFTER 1 MONTH THAT I HAVE HAD IT, THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, SO IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO REPLACE ANY PARTS MAKE SURE THAT THEY REPLACE THE PARTS , OR HAVE SOMEONE TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR CAR, AND MY CAR STILL THE SAME SHUTTING OFF AND CAR HAS NO POWER AND I HAD TO PAY THEM WHEN THEY SUPPOSEDLY REPALCE PARTS AND LABOR, SO DONT BUY CARS AT THESE PLACE, THE PEOPLE THERE DONT HAVE ANY COMUNICATION AT ALL, YOU ASK ONE PERSON WHAT S GOING THEY DONT KNOW WHATS HAPPENG, ALL WHAT THEY WANT IS SELL YOU THE CAR AND THEN YOUR ON YOUR OWN

I bought my 370Z here about a year ago on a whim. I saw the car on their lot and just stopped in to take a look at it but the staff was so friendly and welcoming and the car was so nice I went ahead and bought it. Lacoya, one of the Finance Managers and Billy, the owner really made the experience special. The day after I bought the car the clutch went out on my way to work. I called the dealership thinking that I was just stuck with a problem but NOPE!! Without hesitation Billy sent a tow truck to pick me up and brought me back to the dealership with the car, he offered to give me a free loaner car but I decided to wait for the repairs. They got the needed parts and I was out within about 2 hours. They took care of everything at no charge and even though It was not their fault they apologized for the inconvenience. I hadnt been back to the dealership for service until a few days ago, when I came in they remembered me and greeted me with warmth!! I had my oil changed and was on my way in no time. They even gave me 20% off! I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to purchase or service a vehicle.

"Caveat emptor" or "BUYER BEWARE". I called about a car listed on craigslist and ask if there were any specials. I needed a car and was in a rental so I was very eager to make a purchase. The salesperson told me the price and it was a great price. I did some checking and called him back to confirm the price and he assured me of it so I drove from Bethesda to Leesburg after work in bad driving conditions. I had cash on hand and was ready to purchase. Once I got there the car wouldnt start and the alarm and lights kept flashing. It was a joke and to make matters worse I was still willing to purchase it and when I asked about making the purchase they told me the price quoted was incorrect and it would be $5,000.00 more. Unbelievable that I would confirm twice over the phone and drive there and have such unprofessional service. I highly recommend that you go to a big dealership with better quality cars and service. Judging from other reviews I think its safe to say that you should be very careful if you decide to deal with them. My .o2

My husband and I shopped the B & M Motorcars website for the vehicle that we wanted. After spotting it, we came out to the dealership to take a closer look. He is a kind, honest, down-to-earth individual with a true passion for helping others. He did not pressure us into buying a vehicle just to make the sale; instead, he took us out for a long test drive and ensured that we were thoroughly satisfied with our potential purchase. He is also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions satisfactorily and to the best of his ability. This is probably the best experience that we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle, and we have purchased a few in our lifetime. I would definitely recommend Anthony Bohanon and the B & M Motorcars dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! I highly endorse B & M and WILL do business with them again in the future!! Greg I had very rigid requirements for the car that I was looking for as well as the financing limits that I had set. I spent a good deal of time speaking to many other major auto new and pre-owned car dealers but none could meet both of my requirements. I then went to B&M and worked closely with Tony. Over the space of a week or so, Tony and B&M were able to meet all of my strict requirements, offered me the car that I really wanted (a BMW 3 Series) AND were able to work out my financing to my full satisfaction.
