Ok, technically, Ive not actually USED them yet, but I have to give them a review because of the recent AWESOME experience I had with them. Id arranged for a delivery from 1-800 Flowers (first mistake, I know) to a hospital where a very dear young friend of mine was having tests. Shed specifically requested pretty pink flowers from her dad (my boss) and hed promised to send her some. I ordered the flowers at 7:45am, and by 4pm, there were NO flowers. Desperate, I called every single flower shop I could find in Lexington, trying to get someone to do an emergency flower delivery, and I got the same answer from 6 other shops - no can do. When I called Imperial Flowers, about 40 minutes before they closed, not only did I get a, "YES, wed love to help you", the shop owner went above and beyond to make sure our friend would get exactly what she wanted, and was beyond positive and bubbly the entire time. It ended up that, while I was on the phone with Imperial, 1800 Flowers FINALLY actually delivered the flowers, but next time Im ordering flowers in Lexington, Im going with Imperial. Thanks, guys!

I ordered flowers the morning of Christmas Eve 2012. When I spoke to the lady on the phone I asked if they had drivers that were still delivering flowers that day. The lady said drivers were indeed delivering flowers all day. I asked if the recipient of my gift was not home, if the driver would leave the flowers at the door step. The lady said, yes, it is warm enough today that we can leave flowers at the doorstep. I paid for the flowers and to my surprise the flowers were NOT delivered until 4 days later, two days after Christmas. Not only were they delivered late but they were left at a neighbors house. The day after Christmas I called Imperial Flowers to find out why the flowers were not delivered. The lady on the phone told me they were only taking new orders and I would have to call back to tomorrow to check on existing orders. In summary, Imperial Flowers confirmed doorstep delivery on Christmas Eve day and did not come through. They never called me to tell me what went wrong. Regrettably I have to write this review because their service was that bad!!!!

Imperial flowers supplied the bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding - and they just went above and beyond! They were very easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to work with. I was thrilled with my initial consultation - but after a few months when I changed my mind on the colors of the bouquets, not only were they exceedingly helpful and willing to change their plans, but they made me a mock-up of my new idea (at no cost!) to ensure they understood what I wanted! Delivery was on time (actually EARLY!) the day of the wedding, even though they were delivered to Louisville! The bouquets turned out beautifully, exactly how I envisioned, and lasted the entire wedding without wilting at all. I have also used Imperial for day-to-day and holiday flower deliveries; delivery is punctual, quality is fabulous, and they will go out of their way to fix anything that might not be perfect. Every experience Ive had with Imperial Flowers has been outstanding, and I highly recommend them!

It was a Saturday night and I needed to order flowers for Monday afternoon. Imperial was closed by then and Sunday they also closed. I live out of state so I was worried if this would work the way I wanted it to. I decided to order them through the website which was incredibly easy. I made a special request to have the roses a different color than those in the picture. I was hoping this would not be too much of a hassle. I didnt know if my delivery would be done by Monday considering I was doing it all online on a Saturday night without speaking to someone directly. I was iffy but my aunt received the flowers with no problems!!! The note that came with the flowers was also perfect!!! I couldnt be more happy with how simple this was. Props to Imperial for helping surprise my aunt on her birthday with gorgeous flowers!

Living on Cape Cod and having my daughter a student at Transylvania University, I was looking for a local florist and Imperial Flowers was recommended. I recently had flowers delivered for her birthday and being from a beach resort area, I wanted to incorporate that in the arrangement. I perused all the flower arrangements, chose a few that I liked and then I called the store directly. The woman I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to tweak the arrangement to my specifications (including some seashells). My daughter sent a photo and I was impressed with the presentation. It was a beautiful arrangement. Imperial Flowers will be my go-to florist. They were familiar with the school and delivery specifications and were able to help me plan the delivery.

If you are looking for quality flowers, friendly service, and a great selection, then you have found your spot. Their website isnt the most current, but it serves the purpose, so dont let that fool you the service and quality of their product is top notch. Unfortunately, Ive had to make use of Imperial Flowers for several funerals lately, but Im always extremely satisfied with the quality of bouquets that are delivered. If you ever have a problem, just stop by their store. They are very friendly, customer-focused, and will work with you to correct any issue. Imperial Flowers is a great Lexington business that will make you proud!

I am highly upset with their delivery service. They delivered to the wrong address and didnt even bother to call the phone number to make sure I even get the flowers. These are not cheap flowers. It was sitting outside in front of someone else apartment for over a day. Not only that, they even told me they left it with the neighbor, which is a lie because it was left outside in the wrong apartment that was on the card. I tried to explained the situation to the manager and they didnt even do anything about it. The flowers died after 2 days. Go somewhere else because they rip you off and they lie.

This is my favorite flower shop in Lexington. When I wish to send flowers I always call them because their service is superb. Customer service is their number one priority and the arrangements are done with care, beauty and grace. If I call with a short notice they always make room to serve me. Every single time recipients call me to let me know how beautiful their flower arrangements are. I also have received flowers from Imperial Flowers and the arrangements take my breath away. These are the reasons why Imperial Flowers is and will be my favorite flower shop in this area. Biby

I called from Canada to have some flowers delivered for my Mother-in-Law who moved recently to Lexington. The over-the-phone service was quick and professional. They put together a custom bouquet that was fantastic. It used all the flowers I asked for and more, and was just beautiful. Great customer service, an email confirmation and a reasonable delivery charge. I guess weve found a new florist for our family! (The website really doesnt do it justice! Id love to see some better photos and descriptions - but hopefully that will be in the future).
