I ordered flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary. I specified the type of flowers and a ballpark price, but I left the creativity up to the experts. The bouquet my wife received was absolutely beautiful, but there had a been some misunderstanding regarding the price and what I expected to receive for my money. I called the store and without hesitation, the owner made my satisfaction and my future business her priority and immediately made it right. I appreciate the excellent customer service and genuine interest in my business. I will be calling again very soon. Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing Florist! My son and I met with Rosemary, the owner, to select flowers for his wedding. She went above and beyond with her recommendations as well as the finished arrangements. Its obvious that for all of the ladies that work at this location, this is more than a job, its a passion and it certainly shows. Not only did we have many comments from the guests attending the reception, but the coordinator of the venue and the employees commented on the stunning arrangements! Petals & Things made this special day a breathtaking event!

This florists service and quality are horrible. I flowers for my wife this week on their website and asked that Petals & Things deliver them to surprise her. She and I could not have been more disappointed as at least a third of the bouquet looked dead and wilted. When you pay good money for flowers for a special occasion, you expect the florist to help make an impression when the flowers are delivered. Needless to say, Petals & Things did not impress me and I will never do business with them again.

This is the worst florist ever! Save yourself some time and do not use them!!! The flowers I ordered for my sick Grandmother were so pathetic that they redelivered them then tried to pull a scam saying I didnt pay for my order. I had to take time out of my day to prove to THEM I paid THEM. Save yourself some time and use another florist. I am not from the area so I cant recommend someone but anybody else would be better then "Petals & Things"!

Rosemary is fabulous! Her initial consult is very in-depth and organized. She has an awesome checklist that goes through everything you may need for your ceremony and reception. She and her team do a great job with the flower arrangements. Our bouquets were beautiful and Rosemary helped me create beautiful centerpieces within my budget.
