From the first scheduled meeting with the florist for a wedding consultation, they made us wait 45 minutes because the lady wanted the commission from a high paying gardener. It really set the pace for each of the following meetings. The wedding florist was rude and matter-of-fact, I couldnt switch florists, and I wasnt even permitted to leave a message for ANYONE ELSE, and I didnt feel very special about using them. But we went with them because they were recommended, which was a mistake! At the wedding day, they were very rude about setting up the flowers I had payed for. They left without even explaining the fact that they were leaving boxes in one of the rooms containing all the flowers for the party. I had to call after her to get answers, as she walked from the wedding hall. The nicest thing said was "have a nice day", and that was only on the wedding day and without even a smile. Most of the flowers were wilted, and many were all thrown together in small boxes, mismatched and confusing, they even stuck very visible black headed pins down the dead center to keep some of the flowers standing. The candle opera that they had encouraged was scratched, scuffed and the candles wouldnt stay straight- leaving an awkward appearance. Even the runner was the wrong length, making a major unexpected trip hazard. I called them to ask which flowers were for what, and they yelled at me, put me on hold, and hung up on me on my wedding day... leaving me in a complete panic! Beware, not wedding-friendly!

To say my wedding flowers were stunning would be an understatement. My satisfaction and experience with Jackson Florist has far exceeded anything I could have ever imagined. Even a year later my family and friends are still raving about the beautiful flowers. From the first meeting all the way up to the day I was married I was treated with respect and courtesy. The flowers were not only delivered on time and in a professional manner, but they came in exactly on budget and gave me memories to last a lifetime. They took all my ideas and turned them into visions that dreams are made of. I had several people attending my wedding that chose to go to Jackson Florist because of the wonderful job they did. The wedding consultant was so helpful; always available, and so creative---she took some of my ideas and expanded on them and seemed to know just exactly what I wanted. She researched our venue, knew the measurements and the layout, and didnt leave any detail overlooked. I cant express enough my satisfaction with Jackson Florist, my wedding looked like it came straight out of a Brides magazine!! Thank you for making my special day even more special!!

Best possible customer service experience Ive ever had here. Bought a $200 dollar tree and because of my own stupidity tree died. Owner and I exchanged messages, then I came in the following weekend with pictures and explained what happened. Owner applauded me for my honesty and refunded my money entirely, which I then used to by something I could keep alive. His willingness to work with me and condor earned me as a lifelong customer.

At first I was a bit worried about a place that had so few reviews, but after dealing with this florist, Im confident its due to people not taking the time. I cannot speak higher of the customer service from Jackson Florist. They made last minute changes for us, and delivered to two different locations (for a VERY reasonable price!) I will definitely be visiting them again for all my floral arranging needs!

Jackson Florist has been servicing our companys floral needs for years now. They have always taken excellent care of us, know our needs and are always expeditious with beautiful floral arrangements as befit whatever occassion happens upon us. I now even use them for my personal floral needs, whether it be flowers for lady or just something nice to have about the house. Why would I go anywhere else?

Stopped in and was assisted by one of the ladies who immediately understood what I had in mind. Picked up the flower arrangement the next day, you guys hit one out of the park! She loves em.
