This stores deli and sandwich counter people have absolutely no sense of urgency but are always aware of my wait and apologetic over it. Each time i visit for lunch (cuz the prices are too good) however, its never better. Their write-it-down-and-wait system is inefficient, confusing and just plain wrong. The paper just sits on the counter, no regards to whos next in line. Theyve lost my order once. Theyve taken 20 min to heat up a pre-built panini. And they have lines out the wazoo during lunch. But they sure do look unfazed and chippy with each other in the kitchen while all this is happening. What a mess.

I recently checked it out and was very impressed with its affordability and diverse healthy foods. Make sure to check out their bulk food section! I was able to buy a pound of organic chia seeds for $6, tropical trail mix for $5 / lb, and various types of oats for $1 / lb. Not only is the food cheap but a good portion of the food they sell is organic, natural, non-gmo, etc. Sprouts is as cheap as a Kroger and as healthy as a Whole Foods. I highly recommend it if you are trying to eat healthy on a strict budget! I thought eating organic was impossible (because its expensive!) until I stumbled upon Sprouts.

I love Sprouts and was glad this one opened in Tucker. Chris from bulk foods helped me and was fun, informative and charming. The Deli is my favorite place in the store and the staff was wonderful to me. However a friend I sent said the opposite (thats why 4 stars). Female staff didnt wear gloves nor wash their hands when touching food. I called, s/w Pete, the manager who assured this is not usual and would address the issue. A great response to this issue Pete! Thanks

Great selection of healthier options that are often not found in most groceries. Great place to shop for gluten free options. Regular prices can be a little high on some items but sale prices are terrific. Huge bulk food section with nuts, seeds and snacks. Managers seems really nice and pleasant but their supporting staff dont seem very friendly or as if they really dont like their jobs.

The bad rating relates specifically to the meat departments poor customer service. Luther was our rep, very bad attitude, acted like we were interrupting his non busy day, and basically tossed our order to us when were done. Customer service is everything and this place lacked severely. Was originally excited to see this store pop up, now I will be hesitant to come back.

Absolute worst service in my entire life, and the food was spoiled. The order taker assisted the six people behind me as I stood front and center, waiting for help, 15 minutes AFTER she asked me if Id been helped. I was late to work with my rotten sandwich. An apology would have made it suck a bit less, but nope. Was considering investing in this company, but now, HELL NO.

Very slow employees. Over staffed but most are very slow, even with no crowds. Too much socialization going on between employees while customers are present. No regard for customer service and speed. Surprising, considering there are so many grocery stores in a 1 mile radius. Store is nice and well stocked, but the people working there need to improve.

I love Sprouts however this location has the WORST customer service literally every time I shop here. Please re-train your staff on proper customer service or just do a rehire lol please! Just recently the cashier I had was not friendly at all. I didnt even make it to my car before my bag tore a spilled my items all over the street smh.

Love the store but the sandwich market is very unorganized and slow. I watched two customers walk away while waiting for my sandwich and those that stayed complained loudly. If you want a sandwich better plan extra time and pack patience!

New location. Seems bigger than the new location in Decatur but smaller than Peachtree Corners. Business is slower compares to PC as well. Fruits n veggies arent turning over quickly. Either way, one of my fav stores in the metro.

Love having this store in our neighborhood. Quality of produce, meat and most items is good. Only stange thing is inattentive staff in deli area. Other than that, so glad Sprouts is here!

Thankful to have the store close by...I was travelling to the Decatur location before. The staff is helpful and the prices are good. Its becoming my go store for all my grocery needs.

Salad was delicious, but wish they would have taken a little more effort to slice up the beef medallions so I could eat them without having to use a knife.
