I AM VOLDEMORT NO MORE Even though I did not pop my mac-cherry here, they still have a special place in my heart for supplying me with my very first On-Fleek-Brow-Game tools. What are those tools you ask? Well, its Anastasias choco-colored eyebrow gel, soft bristle thingy called a spooly, and an angled brush to make my brows Fierce af. It was a Bridget Jones kind of drink-and-sing-All-By-Myself day when I decided to go to Sephora and treat myself. When I got home after buying the goods (and of course some yummy food nearby), I immediately applied my Voldemort-No-More brows and took some good ol love-yoself selfies. Steps for some On Fleek Brows: 1. Buy your brow tools. 2. Cry because that prolly took a chunk outta your paycheck. 3. Dry dem tears because yaaass you gonna look hella fine with yo smokin hot brows in about 5 min. 4. Pluck any undesired hair (if you want). 5. Outline the shape of your brows. (For beginners watch a tutorial or study some reference pics!) 6. Fill those suckas in. 7. Use your spooly to give you that smooth fade. 8. Fix any oopsies with some concealer. 9. Holla at yourself because daaaang, boo, you lookin like an absolute god/goddess!! *insert 100 fire emojis* FYIs -They have wipes, cotton pads, and bristles for you to use when you want to try out products. -Want to test a specific lipstick? An employee can sanitize one for you. If that doesnt tickle you fancy then by all means stick with the usual hand canvas testing. -You can get a free sample of anything in the store for free (e.g. foundation)! They even put it in a little ziploc baggie with the products name. Perfect if you want to bring it home to try on before committing to buying the actual product. -Location is in a mall, so yeah most of the time theres a long line and customer service may be a hit or miss. -Check their website for their sometimes rad weekly specials. -If you sign up for their Beauty Insider program (free btw!) you can earn points and receive rewards. You also get one free birthday gift each year. (-: -If you spend 350$ in a year you earn the Very Important Beauty Insider status and when you spend 1k$ in a year you earn the Very Important Beauty Insider Rouge status. I cant afford any of those statuses, but hey its cool to know theres such a thing as special VIB or VIB Rouge only events (ooh la la). -Use your own judgment if you need an opinion on a product. Whichever employees makeup looks good to you, go ask them. Also, online reviews and non-sponsored yt vids are really helpful to look at. -If youre on a budget do your best to not be tempted-I REPEAT do not be tempted by the pretty things because yes, you can spend a #@!!*%$$$load of money here even if its just a few items. Whenever youre down sometimes a feel-good coping mech is to give yourself a makeover and embrace your inner Queen/King. Vice versa, hells to the yes you still look like royalty without makeup! As always, do you booboo and keep on sparkling like the one in a billion magic-filled gem that you are! ;D

This place sucks they have all the time to be offended by things but no time to actually do their job. Ok so i walked in a hr and 15 minutes left until closing there was plenty of staff but immediately i was told no one could do my make up because it was close to closing because it would take 45 mins yet there was more than 45 mins to do the job or at least do what they could.. He called someone and said theyed be with me in 15 mins yet another 15 minutes passed until someone came... So a young lady starts cleaning her brushes for 6 to 8 minutes..she literally cleaned her brushes for 6 to 8 minutes and i started small talk with her at some point i said she reminded me of a good friend of mine that the kids use to call her tucan sam because of her nose but shes a pretty girl and i simply said she kind of reminded me of her she left and went in the back and started crying.... Smh it was just a horrible experience i never ended up getting my face properly done. The service was horrible and the employees unstable.. They have horrible customer service and seem to take things way too personal.. It seems like they just come to work to hang vs actually work ive never been to a sephora location such as this that was so unprepared and unwilling to help. The floor make up employees just want their check at the end of the week..who ever owns this store needs to come in as a mystery shopper or something because these people are untrained and give sephora a bad rep.. the absolute worst sephora ive been to in the country. Hire new staff.

Worst Sephora Store I have ever walked into. Every time I come here, I get the worst attitude workers. Funny how its only ever in this store. The one across the street at Santana Row is so much better and nicer and has more varieties. Happens many times that whenever I try to buy a specific product I only need, any worker from this store tries to sell me anything else. I was once trying to buy the Becca Primer with the Foundation and this one rushed worker tried to sell me all Tarte products and kept convincing me that my skin obviously "breathes better" with the Tarte foundation. WTF. After I said no thank you, Id rather have the Becca Set, she said "Oops, my manager just told me that I have to move onto a next costumer, sorry." And walked away. And they dont even have darker shades for some foundations. BYE FELICIA! shook with this store.

Today, I went to Sephora (Valley Fair). At first, everything was great. Employees are friendly and helpful. They helped me to find stuff that I want. Very nice. BUT, cashiers are horrible, especially her name is Blanca. I showed her my VIB rouge ID, and I should get 20%off today because I am VIB. I did ask about if it is still on sale today. If not I am not going to buy. Again, I showed her my Vib rouge ID, I paid by cash and I didnt pay attention, so she didnt add 20% off for my purchase. Again, I paid by cash!! Thats the point! She might get extra money from my 20% off which she didnt ask.

Best beauty store ever! Everyone who work there from the welcoming guy to the top manager are friendly and funny. I been taking beauty classes since few months and each class worth it. Everyone is helpful and not like other stores where they want you to buy everything, although you dont need it. Got few mini makeover and they were outstanding. Sephora valley fair is a bae :)

Its definitely not the best Sephora, but they try. I havent had a rude representative, but they arent the friendliest, happy go lucky bunch. I can easily find what I need here, but its chaotic at times, so its a pain to flag down someone for a sample.
