After receiving these awful flowers and going online to do some research I fully believe this company is taking advantage of service members and/or people who are relying on the internet for flower delivery and will have no way to actually see the flowers they BELIEVE they are ordering and intend to have sent to their family member or loved one. My husband was deployed for my birthday last week and sent me flowers from this company. We both detest the color purple and someone showed up with a hideous, half dead arrangement, most suitable for a funeral, that included various different shades of purple. I immediately knew that it was impossible that these flowers came from any picture that he selected. One of the flowers in the "arrangement" was an orchid, one of which was missing petals. Many other flowers were wilting. The best part of it all was the RED (brownish red) bow....I think it really brought it all together.... I immediately threw it in the trash. I was going to let it go but I got so angry thinking of how my husband spent his money trying to do something nice for me that I called the shop. I got a young sounding girl who offered feeble attempts to pacify me, such as, several hours later having someone come to my work and pick them up, let them review the flowers and talk with the "design specialist" and see what they could do..." etc. By sheer chance, I drove by the shop a few days ago and it looked disgusting. I would never stop in there if I saw it just driving by and they certainly dont produce anything like the pictures they post on the internet. They should be put out of business. They certainly have no problem with taking the hard earned money of a soldier trying to send his wife some flowers on her birthday to cheer her up.

I purchased a large all white standing arrangement for a funeral that was quite expensive and paid for the upgraded flowers. I spoke with a lady there on line before I ordered them to ensure they would get there in time and informed her that I was currently in Afghanistan. I dont know if it was because they knew I wouldnt be there to see what was actually delivered or what but the arrangement looked nothing like what was shown on line. I know this because a friend sent me a picture and the arrangement had much less flowers in it than the original picture showed, plus it did not obviously have more flowers or more expensive flowers that my upgrade had paid for. It had none of the ribbons or special touches. I had also paid for a full size card for an additional $4.99 that also wasnt included, just the cheap free little note all florist include. I have not been able to get a hold of the florist again because of where I am and my access and time to use a phone. But for the approximate $190 that I paid I certainly did not get what I paid for or what was promised. There was nothing beautiful about this arrangement. The flowers also appeared wilted and old. Dont use this florist is my advise.

A group of us from out of town ordered flowers online from this florist to be sent to a friend in hospice care. We sprung for the premium version of our chosen flower arrangement, specifically because it was very full of daisies; her favorite flowers. When the flowers arrived, we were sadly disappointed that not only were there very few flowers overall, there were only 5 daisies, which did not meet our expectations, nor the very expensive price tag. We contacted the store, and the next day, not only did we receive a partial refund, they said they were sending a free bouquet of daisies over to our friend. With any purchase over the internet, its always best to check in and make sure what was ordered is what was delivered. Our experience would have been better if we hadnt had to call to express our disappointment, but they came through in the end. Thanks for making it right, guys!

Hilldale florist did all of the centerprieces, corsages and bouts for my wedding on 3/29/2014 and I couldnt be happier. I walked in and talked to the floral designer (Im sorry I do not remember the name) and I didnt have a clue of what I wanted other than a few pictures from Pinterest. They took my "ideas" and created the most amazing flowers. The price was reasonable as well. I wouldnt reccommend anyone else in clarksville. They were polite and professional, overall the best experience I could want for my wedding florist.

Ive made my last purchase here. Last years roses werent great but passable so I made a mistake and ordered from them again. The roses I ordered for Valentines Day were already several days old. I ordered them two weeks in advance in order for them to better place their order. When I called to ask why they were already past their prime I was told that no one had time to talk to me but I could leave information for a return call. I declined. Ill spent my time finding a better florist.

I have received flowers from Hilldale Florist on a number of occasions and have been extremely satisfied each time. The service has been delightful and the flowers are always as beautiful as I expected them to be. I have not been dissappointed with any of my orders. I have sent and received flowers from Hilldale and each time the delivery was on time and the flowers were of great quality. I would highly recommed Hilldale Florist!

Susan went above and beyond the call to assist me with an order that was out of her normal requests. I could not be more pleased with the service I received today. I had called many other florists in the area and could not find anyone willing to help until Susan answered the phone and saved the day for me. I will definitely use them again.

TERRIBLE and DISHONEST! I ordered flowers to be delivered - they charged my card and never delivered the flowers. Ive left 2 messages regarding this and they havent called me back. They also wont answer my calls. If you want to order flowers and make sure they get delivered, better go elsewhere.
