Location is now turning away and throwing out donations due to large volume. Turned away a 4 drawer file cabinet today, and staff noted throwing and breaking perfectly good glass donations into salvage bins. Seems like only around half of the donations actually make it to their stores. Although Im down the street from them, thatll be my last donation to this Goodwill.

I have donated to Goodwill for years and have brought high quality items, but todays experience with Brain Johnson Manager at the faciliy located in West Prembrole Pines (Silver Lakes) as really left a bitter taste in my mouth and based on that unpleasant encounter my family and I will no longer be using Goodwill for all our donatetable items.

The GM at this location is very rude. She follows like we are about to steal from her store. I feel violated and unwelcomed. Ive experienced her over pricing just because. The other employees on the other hand, are extremely nice. Will not be shopping there anymore unfortunately

Its extremely rude for the employees to have conversations while shouting at each other through the store in Spanish. Very unprofessional. Happens everytime I go there.

Watch out with Google Maps, itll try to take you to the back where the donation drop is located. The store itself is very clean, easy to navigate layout.
