Went in and bought a bed and other things on Monday. Paid for our items and made sure they knew that we wanted it delivered. We asked 3 times when we paid for the items if the delivery charge was dropped included and was told yes. Tuesday I called around 12:45-1:15 and the person I spoke with knew nothing about our items. After a very short time on hold I was told that they would be delivered around 2:00pm. I thought great. Big mistake. At about 1:45 I get a call back telling me that I didnt pay for the items to be delivered. So I had to rush out and get more money and take it to them. The reason that they claimed that they knew nothing about the delivery was because the employee that rang up our items was out sick. Now dont get me wrong I understand about someone being sick. However a screw up like this can cost people money and not get the item they paid for. It is the store policy that you have 2 days to pick up your items. If you dont then by what I seen you are out the items and your money. They need to train people better. If I had not called today I doubt they would have called me and I would be out my money.

Love love 2nd Chance !!!!! You wont find nicer furniture, pictures, lamps, clothing, glassware & dinnerware for lower prices than @ 2nd Chance. They have it all...& personnel that work their are genuinely nice.

You never know what you might find here - I always find something I didnt know I needed! Prices are good, especially with the sales. Staff is helpful and friendly.
