Warning! Do not buy furniture from this place! The sales people lie and say that fake leather is real leather, and when the leather starts to fall apart two weeks into owning it they come and spray Paint it and give you a hard time with manufacture warranty.. 4!years into owning two pieces of garbage, I saw on the news investigative reports that the Durablend leather was defective all along and that most furniture companies were giving full refunds to customers. Considering that I had originally called them just a few weeks into owning this garbage and at this point it was peeling very badly and even cracking in many spots, I expected when I called them that they would be giving me a full refund and replacement as well as an apology from ignoring the problem immediately after I purchased it.instead they offered me 600 bucks on $2500 which was only an in-store credit which would never replace this garbage. I now have a call into the vice presidents. Knowing many people who have purchased similar furniture at other stores, I know they are giving much better refunds and standing behind the furniture. Because of their dishonesty as well as not standing behind their products, I would warn people never to shop here and to shop at other nearby stores.

I bought a $1,400 couch on January 30th, 2016. Today being two weeks after buying the couch, my husband sat down and the back frame of the couch broke. What a waste of money. I shouldnt have to put in a claim, a couch should last longer than a two weeks. Yes I did but the insurance but there should be no reason why I need to put in a claim. The paperwork says theres a year manufacturers warranty but I feel that if Im out of a couch after purchasing one after two weeks, I should be able to recieve a refund. Not only did it break in the back frame but its also cracked on the chaise. I will update when my claim goes throught but right now, I feel that how recently we purchased the product, we should be able to return the product for our purchase price and the money we spent on the insurance, obviously these couches werent meant to last.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON WARRANTY. I have purchased bedroom set,sofa and love seat from this place.salesmen insist me to buy a warranty because i have young kids. I asked him that what will cover under warranty and he said absolutely everything. we will replace or repair at no charge so i bought the warranty.Now my love seat start peeling so I called. Lady who answer the call she said peeling doesnt cover under the warranty(As typical like other warranty) I said thats what not i was told by salesman.she said i dont know why he (salesman) miss inform you. I said i know why, because he is a lair who lies to the customer to make more commission. Do your due diligence before your purchase Never buying anything from this place again. And yes they lie about material .they will call leather to bonded leather or leatherette

I had the pleasure of working sales associate cezar and Manager Mike. He took his time showed and explained the differences between all the mattresses I had questions about. He was very friendly, courteous and polite. My delivery was scheduled for Tuesday four days away, without me asking Mike (manager) worked magic and I was able to get next day delivery. My experience was great! I will be going back soon to furnish my entire new home soon. If youre in the market to purchase go to the Algonquin store you will not be disappointed. Do not ever purchase furniture here or any other location. I made the mistake of purchasing furniture for my entire home two bedroom sets with mattresses and two living room sets totaling $11,500. I noticed a manufactures defect nail sticking out and puncturing my leather but due to the fact that it was past one year they will not fix anything or help me with anything and the warranty will not cover it either. They are great at selling you what they want but not fixing any problems purchase your furniture from Ashley or anywhere else but here .

We stopped at the Algonquin store on Randall Road yesterday and I was Immediately put off! As soon as we walked thru the front door, we noticed 6 sales people were waiting like vultures. We were literally followed around the entire store, even after telling them that we were only looking and if we had any questions we would come find them. Seriously, every time we turned around.. we had someone staring us down or standing behind us. Well, you lost a potential customer.. because you wouldnt back off and let us look around.

So highly disappointed. Worked with 2 salesmen. Asked many questions. Choose mattress and base. Even purcahsed very expensive mattress pad and pillows. When items arrived the base was a very standard model not the one we looked at and agreed to purchase. Called the store and customer "care. Too bad no returns. Buyer be aware we got bait and switch! Never will I recommend or purcase from the roomplace. So very displeased and non trusting of the salesmen and management at this store. Still no response from the VIP!

I went to go the Room Place to pay the balance of my purchase since you can only do a certain amount over the phone. Ludim was the customer service rep and she was super rude and made everything seem like I was a bother or inconvenience. If I didnt already order my furniture under a fantastic sales man at a different location I wouldve walked out. Would not recommend this store to anyone. Her manager should have a talk with her. Terrible customer service.

I spent over 4,000 in this location. The store manager Brian was a total jerk. I Purchased mattress and had the same issue with it three months ago and currently. Customer service will not do anything to help. I am extremely mad I spent that much money here at this store on couches, bed set, and a mattress. Save your money and go to Ashley Furniture next door. I will never give this store anymore of my money again. So disappointed.

After buying a new home, my girlfriend and I shopped at numerous furniture stores and were very unhappy with our experiences at them, until we found this specific room place. Jason Anderson helped us with a couch and table at first and now weve bought all our furniture from here because of him. Amazing store, great employees.

Went in just to look around. Met a great salesperson named Sunny. She answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. Went back the next to make a purchase and specifically asked for Sunny again. She made the process easy and simple. We got a great deal for a loft bunk bed.
