I was dreading having to deal with a mattress salesman and the whole sales experience, but honestly the experience here at Back to Bed was great. Steve, the store manager, took great care of us and didnt bombard us the moment we walked in the door like the typically picture of a salesmen you have... He had the right touch of keeping his distance until he was able to tell us something of value and start explaining the things you need to know, answering questions, and letting you poke around a bit on your own, and I couldnt be happier. We went to a store down the street right before heading here, and needless to say were very happy we found Steve at Back to Bed and made our purchase here. Steve went the extra mile to explain how one bed was better than the other to meet our needs and had us lay, turn over, sit, etc... on several and see the difference. In the end, we feel we got a great package deal that included everything we wanted at a great price. Sure, I might have been able to save a few pennies online, but honestly we still got a great deal and getting to see the product locally and sit on a few different ones, getting Steves expertise, next day delivery and takeaway, etc... was all worth it. We bought the Simmons Beauty Rest Rhea, which had the right combination of firmness and comfort top for us, go out there, talk to Steve, and youll be happy!

Steve did a great job of informing us about the different mattress types. He asked questions in order to make the best possible recommendation for my wife and me. He also exploained to us why the mattress we bought after our first Simmons was so different. (Springs and bed manufacturing techniques.) And also why this Simmons mattress will be so better than our first. Spend the money and get the right mattress. I had to learn this the hard way. Bottom line: Steve is welcoming, helpful, and very fair to deal with; not to mention he sells the best mattresses in my book. (Simmons)

The Oswego "Back to Bed" manager Steve John was amazing!! He took the time to listen and then educate my wife and I on how to recognize what bed we needed to eliminate the constant back pain weve experienced every night for many years! We ended up purchasing the Tempurpedic Allurabed and simply love it! Steve should be referred to as Doctor Steve the Sleep Specialist! Great great friendly, honest, and patient manager and sales rep. I am so glad that when I called geneva back to bed he recommended that I check another store for availability on the mattress because they didnt want to help me.. Wow, what a pleasant experience at this back to bed in Oswego, especially with three little kids running around. Whenever we need a mattress we will definatly be heading back to this store. Amazing deal, friendly service, and kid friendly environment!

Steven John (Store Manager) was a blessing in disguise! I found while researching for beds to be quite overwhelming especially memory foam mattresses. Steve was very informative, patient, relaxing, and non pressuring. Just an overall great experience that I will recommend to whomever is looking to purchase a bed and feel confident that they made the right choice!

Steve (store manager) proved to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our time. Steve was not pushy, and didnt try to force us into purchasing the "most expensive" mattress. Steve seemed genuinely interested in understanding what we were looking for and trying to match us with our ideal mattress. Wish wed met him ten years ago!

Steve was awesome! I bought two mattresses - tempurpedic and a pillow top. He took the time to explain thoroughly the differences in quality, manufacturer and price. Very patient while my kids tried out all the mattresses. No pressure and genuinely interested in helping us make the right choice. Highly recommend this store!

Steve, the manager of the store, never makes you feel pressured to make a purchase you are not ready for. He spent time with me explaining advantages/disadvantages on the mattresses I was looking at. He really went above and beyond to try and help me find the perfect fit. I recommend this store to all!
